QPR have been really decent in pre season, put 4 past Man United and their fans are getting a bit excited about a promotion push this season. Will be a tough challenge given how rusty we’ve looked so far. Should be a good game.

Wonder if Youri will play?

 

Think we'll see our strongest side possible so far in pre-season. Are the keepers back? Ward still out?

Pereira - Fofana - Soyuncu - Thomas

 

Ndidi

 

Soumare - Tielemans

 

Maddison

 

Iheanacho - Vardy

 

If Ward isn't fit, it'll probably be Iversen. Hopefully we'll get to see Barnes in action, too. 

 

Width coming from the full-backs but that will mean we're quite short if we get hit on the counter which was a problem last season.

I think more likely to be KDH who starts if this is his approach for today’s game.

Good shout. Struggled with the midfield due to the lack of width/imbalance so opted for the diamond.

I’m so intrigued to see if it’ll work, in theory a left footer on the left side of midfield (KDH) and vice versa (Soumare) should actually help Ricardo and Thomas on both sides create the adequate width.

Will we score today?

Not a chance we will keep the same 11 out for 90. Imagine the starting 11 will be a bit stronger and most will get 60 minutes. Would be nice to see us score a goal wouldn’t it.
