Got to say I'm a bit apprehensive about the travelling, had one dose, second in a couple of weeks so should be fine for Man City and beyond but on past experience the trains are rammed, in like sardines (which is unsafe anyway regardless of a respiratory disease circulating) and no idea about mask wearing numbers too.

Would also be nice if we were told if we need to take a test or not well before the match, it can't be difficult to inform.

Here is the point that is regularly missed

The “I’m not scared of COVID” brigade completely miss the point

it’s an act of altruism not protection to wear a mask

The principal is to stop you spreading your germs not prevent you breathing in others germs

I’ve had it (early doors) and been double jabbed but will wear a mask in the concourse

Nicely Put !

It doesn't?

How come Uefa changed theirs for Euro2020 then and we had to agree to it before a certain date to get our tickets?

The clubs can and did previously issue a supporter Covid code of conduct for all fans attending a game so that will be used instead no T’s and C’s need changing

When was this? Do you have a link to ours?

That announcement by the Premier League is just dire.

Doesn’t specify the grounds where these “checks” will be taking place, who will be conducting them, or what will happen to people without what they are asking for.

i.e. any of the information that would actually be useful to fans

I was amazed that, upon entering the stadium, stewards were literally touching everybody's season ticket. I didn't understand it at all but even more so in these times.

Also in the toilets the hot water didn't work.

I got the train in from Narborough today, what a ****ing shambles only 2 carriages and absolutely rammed with people with many not getting on at all. Did the people running this not realise we were playing Wolves and as the train comes from Birmingham 2 carriages were never going to be enough. I manage to find myself a little bit of air near the door as I created some space in between me and the door. It was difficult to wear a mask without feeling claustrophobic  and short of air.. Hardly anyone else had a mask on.

On the way back I arrived at the station with the train not due for another 30 mins, with 20mins to go the platform  looked like the Filbert St Kop before they put the seats in, again no one wearing masks. So I decided to get a taxi cost a bit because of the traffic and I'd already paid for the train but felt a lot safer not just from covid but from getting crushed.

Cross Country are absolutely hopeless. They seem to exist in a world where no sporting fixtures with crowds take place. When we played Norwich a couple of years ago the train was dangerously overcrowded with 2 carriages and tens of people couldn't get on past Oakham. Thank God the Tigers don't play at home at the same time as us any more.

This was always my concern- crowded trains, little mask wearing and no space to move. They've had 18 ****ing months to get this sorted- unacceptable.

Fortunately mine was only a 10 min journey and we stopped at South Wigston so got the chance to breath in some diesel laden air, felt sorry for the guy with a suitcase who couldn't got on the train there.

Well I wouldn't be if people abided by the guidelines and the transport people provided a decent service based on obvious need..

I was fairly relaxed in the stadium.

It was a joke. I attempted to get on at Hinckley and it was already full this was the 11:50. The driver was apologetic but it's shocking really. I luckily got a lift in the end.

Like you said how can they get it so wrong ?!

I travelled from Birmingham and had a bus replacement from Birmingham New Street to Coleshill Parkway and it was rammed from there, absolutely ridiculous organisation. By the time it arrived at Narborough, my mates couldn’t get on with around 20 other people and had to get the bus. This was the 11am Narborough stop.

why on earth they didn’t plan for this with more carriages is beyond me!

Likewise caught the Birmingham train. Absolutely ridiculous. If you are only running an hourly service (instead of the usual half hourly) at least make sure you put one of your longer trains on.

I'm not scared but I posted my frustrations because the club seem to be big on the whole restrictions but then can't seem to get the basics right themselves.

Well that was a load of bollox.

Nobody checked anything and hardly anyone had a mask on, apart from staff.

Great to be back though 👍

Just like they said there wouldn't be in the article put out before the game.

Saw next to zero masks in the concourse yesterday. I think it will be very difficult to try and implement conditions of entry in the future especially seeing as we'll possibly get at least one more game with no conditions of entry.

I think I saw someone outside doing some spot checks - more of a survey really. I am sure I heard her asking a guy if he had had a test and she was filling out information on pieces of paper.

I felt fine in the stands, but the SK4 concourse was a bit crazy at half time yesterday.
