It's not all his fault. Robertson and Maguire came from a relegated Hull side. I think someone like Kabak is as good as we can hope for having spent on Vestergard and having Benkovic. Two Cb's in the squad we don't want to use and we'd probably have to move at least one on.

Read that Brentford's  Pontus Jansson is likened to Johnny Evans as a defensive leader. With Evans probably injured again and probably won't play again for some time, reports suggest he is an ideal candidate. I'm not to keen on buying from other EPL teams after we got our fingers burnt with Vestergaard, Bertrand and Perez. But having quickly scanned the Brentford forum the posters seem quite positive about his performances. His contract finishes in the Summer and he hasn't extended it so will be available for free or abit of cash in January. Anyone know anything about him?

We haven't done that much business in the last 3 winter windows combined!

 

In the last 3 we haven't brought a single player only 2 loans 

 

We have only had 4 leave on permanent transfer out in that time.
