Rumours once the season was underway (1st international break I think) that Newcastlke were interested in Faes!

 

The dream is surely a PSR fiddle, £25mill for Faes, £45mill for Barnes.  Everyone wins.  Until they see Wout up close.

Every time I watch Newcastle, when he's actually playing, he's scoring or causing problems. Think Howe has tried to get him and Gordon into the same team but struggled.

I don't think either player would cost that much.

I see we've been linked with scouting Oliver Sorensen, I suggested him over a year ago as an ideal player to get whilst in the Championship for a modest fee. He's really kicked on.

 

One of those players who can literally play anywhere. I'd initially thought he'd be perfect as an inverted full back under Enzo who could play LCB/LB or CM but since then he's started playing on the right wing and all sorts. Scores and creates goals too.
