Please don’t use the we’ve got games in hand. We haven’t won this year and we don’t look like winning any time soon.

I'm not worried. We either pick up some point in the next two or BR is sacked.

If he sacked we have a new manager bounce because we have decent players or we have pick up points and he stays.

Yeah we look the biggest push overs.

Only saving grace is we can attack well and score goals.

Think back to the "lucky" wins v Wolves and Norwich at the start of the season, without those points we would be firmly in the shìt now.

You always need a little bit of luck @Royston.

We’ve been our own worst enemy at times. Dropping 4 points against West Ham / Tottenham recently for example.

We’ll be okay this season. We do need to sort it out though for next year, as our slightly better (albeit not great) earlier season form will see us through.

And where did you get this nonsense from?

As you can see that the 5 year plan has been much amended, but I do hope some of the we'll never get relegated remarks don't come home to roost.

....just for conformation, what is the five year plan and who has agreed it!!!

Ffs.  Just calm down the relegation mongers. I know this ‘we are to good to down’ is bollooks,  but we have players coming back ‘soon’ and the performance last week gives me personally hope.

Assuming we do stay up and I think we will, just, Rodgers will have to go.

Despite injuries, there’s no excuse for such a poor season and that includes Europa League and our pitiful FA Cup defence. He’s very highly paid aswell and he hasn’t addressed defensive issues from last season that have repeated throughout this season.

If we get dragged in, with the mindset of our team we are really in trouble, no character no fight no leaders recipe for disaster

Whats more worrying is whenever we have 'easy fixtures' thats usually our time to fail hard. .

Newbie here. I guess the relegation talk fills in the time, but does anyone actually believe it could happen? When I see how god awful bad Leeds was today along with the continued ineptness of Norwich and Brentford it just

seems like a long, long shot. And that's not including Watford and Everton who both played better today but don't actually look like a threat.

Until Burnley head the **** out of us.

One thing I don’t understand about this forum’s huge turn in its stance against Brendan in the last few months is….

prior to say… forest. Were the people who were previously ‘Brendan in’ - optimistic about the season?

Because we’ve been just as bad between Forest & Randers as we were for the first 20 games of the season. The only difference is we’ve got what we deserved (largely) since forest.

Lose to Burnley and Leeds we are in the scrap. Personally if we play like we can 6 points is there for the taking and then we are comfortable in mid table and European football to still savour. Do I think Brendan is capable of delivering us those 6 points, I really have my doubts.

Burnley have gone full Burnley. I think we'd take a point now. The pressure will be really on for the Leeds match. They will be fired up with or without a new manager. Squeeky bum.

Whilst I am confident of comfortable survival, Roy Hodgson is a bit of a problem because without him at Watford I think most people would be certain we could finish above the three promoted teams. He will get every possible point out of Watford.
