Can’t see anything other than Forest overpowering Udders in the final. They look organised, strong, pacey and play half-decent footie. I also think, depending who they hold on to and add, that they’ll easily survive first season back, too. Totally torn on whether I want any of this to happen, but on balance I think I do. Two spicy fixtures and maybe a smidgen of extra incentive for our comfortable stars to up their game to hold East Midlands bragging rights? 🤷

Huddersfield all day long.  Forest, not only cannot stand them but the way their stewards and Police treated us City fans when we played them in the cup, was shocking and I cant be done with that if they get promoted.

If holding onto the FA Cup wasn’t an incentive, I doubt bragging rights in the midlands would be.

To be fair, a pocket of our supporters acted like utter c*nts. Can’t blame the police given what happened on the way to the ground.

I've got a few mates who are Forest fans, and I genuinely enjoy the banter and rivalry when we play them, so for that alone I'd be happy to see Forest in the PL next season, if only to give us a bit more of a meaningful derby. Not like they're going to be playing Derby again any time soon.

I really want Forest to be promoted, I actually think they bring something to the Prem with their history and it will be great to have a bit of a genuine rivalry again.

I don't particularly care either way. If they come up then fine it'll be two more games with extra interest next year. If they don't then it'll be quite funny to watch them feel the pain.

I reckon Forest had 5 loan players in their team last night, so if they do come up they will need a lot of signings. They were also fortunate to play the Blades when they were missing their 4 front line strikers.

Apart from hating the red scum I want Huddersfield up as it is a much better away end

Not even close to being a better away end

True. But we badly underestimated them, that day. They’re a very good side. Would be seriously irritated if we made that error again. 🤷

Some of you that want this team in PL forget that they have a chairman who's involved in several scandals in Greece, there's a big criminal case against him in which most of the witnesses "disappeared" suddenly and he's also the owner of the most hated team in Greece.

Huddersfield.

Our record against Forest is crap and I don't think I can stomach another embarrassment.

Amount of melts loving forest makes me sick. Not going to lie, Ive been confident for so long that they'd choke it's forest's philosophy, but that peno shoot out really does make me question those convictions. Huddersfield certainly have a lot better bottle about them though, they're really tough to play against and I think that can see forest's heads going if they dont get an early goal.

Huddersfield are boring.. they came up a few years ago and didn't pull up any trees. Let's get Forest up and have our revenge.

Let’s hope they’ll be pulling up some trees on the 29th May :knockyhat:

Forest for me - couple of great games at both grounds, I have a cpl of good mates who are forest fans so would be chuffed for them.

I think we have enough silverware in the past few years to eclipse anything they’ve done/will do.

huddersfield are boring and part of the WBA/Norwich/Bournemouth parachute payment crew, nah.

Really torn on this one.

Hate the thought of Forest having any success!

But would look forward to a local derby!

I think I’m going for the latter option

While I don't like the tree sh4gg3rs, because I've been told so by the forum, I can't help but think we'd actually finally have a derby of our own in the PL after almost how many years?
