Of course we all want to win on Thursday but if we go out this result will look worse. Not convinced we can just pick it up again in the league. Losing is a bad habit

Seriously we need to show more intensity and willingness to attack. Too much safe predictable keep ball. Doesn't matter that it wasnt our starting eleven or that we clearly are focussing on the Roma match we should be showing more than that. Spurs weren’t that good other than their two match winners. More spirit and desire needed than that. Better show it on Thursday.

It's only Thursday that mattered. Was the case before the game and remains the case now. 

 

Wasn't pretty or entertaining in the slightest. We had a spell of 15-20 minutes, if that, where we looked the better team. 

 

But the same issues occur in the game. Can't mark from corners and concede as a result, can't capitalise on any creativity and can't create much generally anyway. 

 

Think we just need to write the rest of this season off, not get too angry with results like today and focus on supporting the team for the ECL.

No idea what planet you are on mate. Maybe you missed my 'move on' bit. I know there are people that like to whinge no matter what but we effectively fielded a b team after playing on Thursday night. I would love to have our first 11 going full pelt against spurs, but if we take Rome seriously we can't do that.

 

And actually, Soumare was pretty decent, we did hit the post and should have had a penalty, so no idea why you should complain about that.

Generally pretty good in the first half but two World Class strikers finished us off.

My wife came down and asked me if it was 0 - 0 because I didn't cuss out their goals or go nuts for ours.

On the plus side Soumare looked better, Brunt got his league debut and Vardy got 25 minutes.

Only thing I’m disappointed about is the lack of mention for Brunt’s Premiership debut despite a fan base that goes on about development squad so much
