Villa should have won last night pretty comfortably, one shot at goal Forest had and goes in. Villa just spent most of the game, circling the Forest box working out how on earth to attack. For a squad with players of Courtino, Ramsay, Watkins, Bunedia, Ash Young, McGinn and Ings they should be doing so much better. Gerrard has been found out, amazing player but a weak manager. We just need to get rid of Rodgers and his staff now and give it to Stowell until the World Cup if necessary.

He'll see Villa as a stepping stone to an even bigger club.

By and large he's not been a great signing but we all know what a good player he can be. I wonder if a word from Coutinho would help Rodgers chances seeing as they previously worked together. I can imagine that the deal Coutinho's on will influence the board's decision making as they need to try and find a way of getting the best out of him.
