It is so tight at the bottom of the table that I've no idea if this is good or not. It isn't as though teams need a great run to overtake us.

Dyche to Everton I think, probably also a sensible appointment at the moment. They need someone with experience working with what they've got and trying to lift what is basically championship squad like he did at Burnley.

To stick or twist, that is the question

We have twisted.

So much so we’re going round in circles.

Several times.

West Ham is the laziest link lol

Didn’t they abuse him for the best part of his career too? Owners box on fire in weeks if that happened

Can we keep this thread strictly about garnering hope of Everton wanting Bodgers please? Nobody cares about Ings. Thanks

He’s not even got odds on William Hill. He’s going nowhere.

The turd that won’t flush . We could have sent them round the bend last season if we hadn’t been so utterly pitiful

Maybe that should go in, you know, it’s named thread and keep this a Brendan-free-zone?

I wish this was a brendan free zone but he just keeps clinging on.

The overpaid prats in their squad ignored Lampard’s instruction to applaud the travelling fans following their defeat on Saturday . Hopefully they will maintain this approach under the new manager

Problem runs deeper than Lampard but he had to go.

Think he's an intelligent decent guy who has a lot of offer in the game but not as a first team manager. Maybe as one of the backroom staff at a club? Think there is scope for more of this in football for the big name former players to make a career that way.

On the subject of odds: 5live were talking about Arsenal maintaining their title challenge and that it's looking good for them.

They added that they were 40/1 outsiders at the start of the season.

Pfft,  is that all.....
