Dahoud is a solid shout, he can also do work at both ends of the pitch, but wouldn’t you say that getting a player from Gladbach, would be easier than getting a player from Dortmund?

Gladbach have been very much like us this season, underperformed and will go into next season with no European football.

Those three all have similarities, but I feel Neuhaus would be the ideal fit, especially if he can regain his 20/21 form.

Dahoud is out of contract in a year, same as Youri.

A fair number of their fans don’t seem upset at the idea of him leaving, which is always a bit of a concern…

The same happened to Tielemans at Monaco

He’s been trying to leave for the last couple of years and his agent (his brother) has been disruptive.

it seems like his play hasn’t dropped off, though.

If he’s not in our plans how about Soumare for Aouar?

read the comments at the bottom of this. It sounds like he has been acting exactly the same as Youri this season for them, They are excited to hear he's leaving as he hasnt put any effort in this year

"As our ex-tech Rudi said, I'd be willing to personally drive him to Leicester"

Great to see this unfunny comment translates into multiple languages

Just waiting the Mercury report now “Leicester are not interested in French midfielder, Wes Hoolahan is seen as an alternative for Youri”.

Finished this season with Lyon with:

45 appearances - 35 starts - 3,072 minutes - 34.1 90s

8 goals - 6 in Ligue 1, 2 in Europa League

4 assists - 4 in Ligue 1

6.93 WhoScored AVG Rating - for an example, we only have 3 players who have higher than that this season - Danny Ward (only the Norwich game), Maddison, and Ndidi

2 WhoScored MOTM

...managed to see the last 20 minutes of this game!!!

Tete disappointing, perhaps just the pace and possession football has taken away the drive to take on defenders. Aouar  was not too good infront of goal, it maybe just end of season stuff so pretty much hard to make a call on any of our potential pickups.

He's torn apart manchester city in the cl multiple times, had an amazing game against juventus as well. Even if he's been poor recently would be incredible if we brought him over here from what ive seen.

Ah fook

If we are genuinely interested then he chooses us ahead of betis. We would pay way more.  It could be that youri won’t make a solid call on his future which means we can’t go about our business ….
