6 goals and 4 assists in 1948 minutes, or roughly 22 nineties

Not the worst stats but not the best. Monaco did okay in the league too didn’t they?

...just by looking at his stats, he seems more successful in midfield as opposed to playing on the wings!!!

  14 games at LW, 2 goals a 2 assists.

2 games on LM, 2 goals

1 game at RM, 1 goal

No goals at ACM, RW, or CF.

He seems more prolific, if not being picked up.

minamino has just signed for monaco. Could make this chap available

Thats nice and all but why exactly do we want another right footed winger when we've already got Lookman settled in?

....he also looks quite comfortable on the left as well!!!

I hope we are not looking to fudge this, an inverted winger on the right is what we need.

I guess because people want to be linked with a player to play on the right wing

Lookman. Is. Pants. On. The. Right. Hand. Side.

Who. Told. You. We're. Signing. Lookman. As. Our. RW. ?.

We were straight up horrendous without Barnes or him out of form last season and the season before. Lookman has shown to be quality on the left and has settled with the squad nicely, would probably cost less than this lad and we'd know what we're getting with him. Don't need another Soumaré situation next season, especially when it would be easily avoidable.

A left winger who can play through the middle or on the right - which should be about 4th on our list of priorities this summer

Even then I would probably prefer if we just kept Lookman

Diop is very very good, the way he plays could actually suit an inverted RW eventually anyway.

Just one of those where it feels like we are maybe trying to make it harder on ourselves by "square peg round hole"-ing it again

Well they apparently want Bouba, so I think we should write ourselves into footballing folklore by actually completing a proper swap deal.

Leicester City and Brendan Rodgers would be very interested in Sofiane Diop (22). First approaches have even been made, without this resulting in an offer for the moment. The hopeful international would be interested in the Premier League.
