I'm on a (admittedly fantastic) weekend away in Northumberland and I missed the first 15  minutes of the game.

 

I walked past a pub full of the black & white clad gobstoppered semi Nowegians and I can hear out the window of the pub that they were all going mental after about 7 minutes of the game.

 

I thought maybe it's a goal or a penalty or a VAR devision.

 

Check the BBC. Nope.  I think it was a throw-in.
