I think if we don't score within the first half hour then nerves will get to us and will be a long eve. There is a cloud of doom over the club and players at the moment and whilst they'll probably have a decent XI out there the confidence is low and motivation won't really be up there IMO. 

 

If Stockport score early then it will be a very long night and more pressure heaped onto Rodgers

Hoping for a good night. I expect 9-11changes from us. It’s a game I’ve been waiting years for because my brother lives in Reddish. I am also Wrexham based so there’s a bit of a rivalry developed there. New ground for me. There’s a lot of pressure on our lot so if you get into us, you never know.

Play to maximise set pieces and you can genuinely beat a strong line up of ours in our current state

Daka hat-trick if the blue eyed boy Vardy is rested. First time I have seen us play there although I went to a game there in the 70's v Tranmere at Easter. It was around the time Freddie Pye was involved with Stockport and if I remember he wasn't very popular.

That was going to be my prediction too. The narrative will be “lost on penalties - a lottery” rather than focus on why we didn’t do enough in the game to win outright.

genuinely curious why you lot were the bookies favourites this year? Seemed a bit odd from the outside for a team coming up to be made favourites

@tom27111 fvcked off this forum last week with his "bye" thread. I wouldnt trust that  greasy used car salesman's words at all. People love his deck (say it with a Nz accent) though as it's massive.

We always concede and likely from corners. Just let us pass it around the back and we will eventually cock it all up. At least we get credit for the assisted goal?

 

On a serious note, good luck! We aren't exactly crushing it right now so if you show up with heart, fight, grit, determination  than you will beat us. We have that in limited supply right now.
