A player should fall into one of 3 categories. 1) To come in and improve first XI 2) Young player signed with the potential to become a first XI in future 3) Old player who is cheap experienced cover for first XI. Signing squad players in their mid-late 20s is exactly how we got into this position. 2

Sometimes I read some of the names we are linked with, and think if there is any truth in that rumour, that im convinced we are building for the championship already!
