Question is do we want to lose to forest to in hope that rids us of Rogers.

Cut nose off to spite face conundrum.

Hell no, I don’t want to throw any game let alone against Forest

Not sure what would have more impact, banners and chanting or simply not bothering to show up. A half empty ground against Forest on Sky wouldn't look good.

Obviously the latter much less likely to happen.

No f4cking way not in 10000000 years. I work with a forest fan, I have had 8 years of non-stop gloating.

Assuming Susan or Rudkin is briefing Tanner and he isnt speculating, have the board forgotten how to make press statements directly?

I just cannot believe how out of touch with football they seem to be, the club feels like its been run like a division of KP rather than a football club now.

No PL football club is a football club anymore. They are all multi-national media rights companies.

You’d just know Sky would dub it out like BT did the Liverpool booing in the minutes silence

A half empty ground when the players need support would be embarrassing.

I hate those that give up on attending when things aren't going how they want and then soon come crawling back during the good times.

What near end of season game at home was it when most fans left the stadium long before the final whistle and the subsequent final lap of honour for the season from the players took place? It might have been the West Ham home defeat close to the end of Puel's first season here when we were completely mediocre in that game, I can't recall now but if in the unlikely event the stadium was like that from the off against Forest then that might send a message out - but I can't see that being the case!!

Even though I dont want Rodgers in the long term, I expect us to have some short term success with him over the next few games. We have Forrest Bournemouth Crystal Palace Wolves and maybe Aston villa, which are vital games if we want to stay up.

Protesting over these next few games will only harm us, let's get behind the side so we have the best chance possible to get results and stay up. If we dont get results in the next few games then let's make it toxic but for now we need to prioritise the team getting results rather than agendas.

No protest required. If we lose against Forest, he will be gone.

Too late for any of that. He's had his time. Been sh*t for 18 months. I don't see why we should keep shtum for any longer.

Anything planned would likely just see the usual quips - ‘wannabe ultras’, ‘tinpot’, ‘cringe’.

Agreed, same people wanting UFS to bring banners, tifos are probably the same ones giving all the stick about the section and getting moved out of their seats

I agree but despite how shit he is as a manager we should be getting 6 points from Forrest and Bournemouth anyway, if we make it toxic it will greatly reduce our chances to get a vital 6 points.

We need these wins more than we need Rodgers out imo. Sadly we wont get both at the same time.

Really? I can all too easily imagine us losing, myself.

I assume they meant they can’t see him being sacked if he’s not already been why would a loss to forest change that

We had Brentford, Southampton and Brighton. 1 point gained. The standard of oppostion doesn't matter if the guy in charge is screwing it up.

This is a long running saga, you maybe missed the previous episodes?

If we lose against Chelsea, he'll be gone.
If we lose against Brighton, he'll be gone.

If we lose against Villa, he'll be gone.
If we lose against Spurs, he'll be gone.

We're a club that defies the odds. Including sacking our manager it seems. Maybe Rudkin's got £100 on Steve Cooper being fired next?

Might be unpopular, but the helicopter protest idea was very silly and distasteful - considering what happened 4 years ago next month..
