Well you are entitled to your view so I guess we'll have to agree to differ.

You've made your point albeit which is well wide of my specific point.

Respectfully, just because I've found the fallacy in your point doesn't mean I've missed it. I've understood and explained to why, in my opinion and seemingly everyone else who's replied to you about it, it's a stupid idea that won't work.

Aside from certain economic and perhaps sentimental reasons for using Wembley, what about the environmental impact? This report highlights various things about football which are bad for the planet, including fans travelling long distances to get there. Does anyone care about that? I do.

Ban away fans then. One game a season at Wembley isn't making much impact.

The Champions League Cup Final 2019 was Liverpool against Spurs played in Madrid. How bonkers was that? Imo, both FA Cup semis and the final should be played at whichever large neutral football stadiums are closest to those of the clubs involved. Why should London always get these fixtures?

Liverpool v Spurs would've been confirmed about a month before the final and all the preparation will have been finalised in the host city by then.

It's really not straight forward moving a global event on the scale of a CL final just like that.

While using transportation to get to football matches does have its own carbon footprint and more could be done there, it's rather dwarfed by the issue of power generation itself which really should be the priority issue, alongside coming up with greener forms of transportation.

I agree, but I'm yet to be convinced that the football industry as whole is too concerned about the planet, especially when you hear about clubs using air transport to get from Manchester to the East Midlands, for example. As regards the difficulties of rearranging the venue, where there's a will there's a way. There's always a Plan B. But difficulties of fixing a damaged Earth aren't so easy. Right now, there isn't a Planet B.

Refs only have themselves to blame for being so weak. Bruno Fernandes should have got two yellows already for constant complaining, yet the ref keeps pandering to him and explaining his decisions.

Well to be fair..he also gets ignored a lot,or refs often ignore him..

Fernandes in so much agony once again. And then suddenly fine.

When will referees wise up to it?

To be fair..the ref is ignoring his antics,so that’s the best way to go around it…

His antics and lack of demure,I would love in a city shirt.

Hope Brighton make the final. Find them inoffensive and likeable, play good football too.

They can lose in the final to Man City though.

Schmeicel pretty good in the studio too.
