Perfect game for Bamford to start looking like prime Harry Kane.

We both lack quality but at least they bring energy and look to play forward.

Dire result incoming and yet he will still cling on

Just watched Leeds against Arsenal. Leeds look full of energy and pressing. Can’t see us getting anything against them.

Tough for them to repeat on just 3 days recovery. Personally I'd welcome it. Might be our best chance to pick them off.

Castagne Faes Soyuncu Thomas

Praet Soumare KDH

Nacho Daka Barnes

Subs: Smithies, Amartey, Justin, Braybrooke, Tielemans, Perez, Vardy, Maswanhise, Alves

.... I would love to bring this 4-3-3 out of our repertoire and go to a 4-2-3-1 or a 4-4-2 or a 3-5-2!!!

The players need the release and the freedom to open up and play, with Maddison out of the team, bringing in Nacho or using Perez to replace him will still leave players in their right positions.

Leeds look quick and aggressive. We are weak and slow. 3-0 leeds

They would have raised their game today because it was Arsenal.

They’re nothing special.

We’re crap right now but people on here don’t half love to shit themselves over average teams.

Leeds will be licking their lips about playing us now. Best time to play us.

I don’t disagree but let’s not make out they’re something they’re not.

People did the same with Palace who couldn’t even score against us.

Ahh no in usual circumstances we would expect three points without a doubt but with Brendan Ball, I can’t see where the points are coming from.

It's a bit like groundhog day isn't it.

All the posts with their wishful predictions yet every one or us knows full well it'll he the usual suspects starting.

Ward hasn't been dropped at all, even after his horrific performances in the past, so theres absolutely 0 chance he's getting dropped after a clean sheet.

Amartey too. He actually does some good things, and I don't think he's as terrible as we are often led to believe, I just think he let's himself down with too many clumsy decisions. He'll win the ball well and then play a horrific suicide pass etc. The frustration with him playing is the fact that there's better options sat on the bench, regardless of what Rodgers will have us believe.

He complains of no wide right players. Albrighton is more than capable in that position. Whilst he probably wouldn't be your first choice if things were going swimmingly at full strength,  he's got to be worth a game in our current state.

I just feel it will be the same team & same boring, negative style of play.

It's hard to even get excited about winning knowing at best it may not even move us in the table dependant on Southampton's result at Bournemouth.

It would help if the manager and first team players also didn’t shit themselves over average teams too.

Leeds looked good today and should have had a draw against the Prem’s top side.

Gonna be a tough game.
When it is btw? Tuesday?

We’ve been at a similar level for 18 months. Take your pick……last month, 6 months ago, 12 months ago. ‘The best time to play us’,  has been a bloody long period and will continue for some time.

The only difference between yesterday's game and the 1-0 win against Leeds last year was Barnes taking the chance, nothing much has changed for us between then and now, for them Marsch has had longer to work with them but they aren't exactly flying high, don't think we are great but may have a chance of nicking this 1-0, as they may give us a few more chances, Nacho needs to start tho.

Leeds do tire in games, and also only have 3 days between today and our game. I’m pinning my hopes on that.

I think he’ll start Albrighton or Perez for Maddison in an unchanged team. I’d like to see a change to 2 up front though with Kelechi.

These next 2 games are absolutely business critical, and anything short of 4 points from Leeds and Wolves is not good enough.
