Praet deserves a start definately and KDH needs a rest. Keep Praet on the right linking with Timmy. I'd start Vards too.  Him and Dennis were applying pressure together.  When he tires bring on Nacho or Daka

KDH earnt the rest. Will be surprised if he plays Sunday. Perhaps for his own benefit he should be rested anyway. 

 

Hope the players aren't too fatigued. Good to have Maddison back.

Daka is looking stronger leading the line now, there's noticeable improvement. Vardy to replace him on 65/70 mins.

The only concern for me with Soumare and Tielemans as a double pivot would be the risk we get overrun on the counter/transition. If we revert to 4-2-3-1 and rest KDH then I think we have to bring in Mendy to give us more protection/discipline. 
 

I would go 4-1-4-1 with Soumare as CDM with Madders and Youri as traditional 8’s similar to how we set up in Rodgers first 12 months. Keep Praet out on the right as he was excellent and got into good positions in the half spaces where he could deliver quality, like with the 1st goal. 
 

Either Daka or Vardy as I think both offer good options as lone striker.

Wolves are dog muck, if we don't get a result here then I don't see an away fixture that we will do under this tedious regime we are being lumbered with. 

 

It will likely be a very low scoring game, they usually are vs Wolves except for that nuts game at Molineaux under Puel.

 

Can well see it being 1-0 either way.

All good bar Soumare. He was dreadful again last night, only Leeds complete lack of cutting edge let him off. He is abysmal at tracking and allows opponents past him far too easily. 
 

Mendy has to start, we looked more comfortable when he came on, and positionally he is just so much better.

I think there's something to this, our backline has looked a bit sharper, quicker in passing. However Amartey does have the odd ricket in him.

 

At his age, and with his injuries, we really shouldn't be relying on Evans so heavily. It will be interesting if we sell some of the players out of contract next summer in the January window and whether we can do any incoming business then rather than wait until the summer?

My thoughts exactly and said similar in another thread. 
 

I’d be surprised if KDH gets “rested” for anyone saying so.
