Amartey has had some half decent games against this lot if I remember rightly, I really hope he doesn't bring Evans straight back in. I know keeping a clean sheet vs Man City is nigh on impossible but I see no reason to change the defence right now.

I agree, but could you have imagined saying this a month ago!

Just watching man city now, I do find them dull, Liverpool a better watch when they are playing well.

Its Rodgersball that works. I agree, apart from Haaland its not for me.

Interesting to watch the Man City game tonight. Dortmund getting lots of joy by finding space in behind Cancelo. Shame we have nobody with pace on that side.

Praet has to start on the right for me. He doesn’t have the pace but his movement could help exploit the space in behind, a bit like the goals against Leeds.

Still amazes me Riyad is on pens

Was literally coming on here to say the same. His record must be awful, missed a fair few for us as well

Just seen the lack of Mahrez pen. For such a phenomenal player, he must have the most dire record. I remember when they played Liverpool a few years ago and he stepped up, I told my mates in the pub (who were Man City fans) that he'd miss it.

Absolutely.

You just look at his body language and you know that he's likely to miss it.

We used to let him take them because he was such a massive diva he insisted on it and we were terrified if upsetting him because we didn’t want him to leave.

He has scored 22 and missed 10

Strange to let him take it when they have Gundogan who has scored 15 and missed just 2, whilst also being the current club captain

KDB not getting a kick, Haaland & Cancelo off at HT - saving all the big boys for the big one Saturday 👀 lol

Pep knows Leicester are back, we’ve actually got a decent record against them  since Pep took over.
Brendan’s got him worried!

In a perverse way I'll be disappointed if he doesn't play on Saturday.

You always want to beat the best and it's a privilege to see visiting stars grace the turf

I don't think it's more robust, merely that the opposition are given about 20+ free shots but couldn't hit a cow's arse with a banjo!

Ok I agree to a point and I expect a sterner test on Saturday for sure but let me dream.

Play like Bielsa's suicidal Leeds. Everyone wins.

We're entertained, Pep will praise us for playing "proper football" and Brendan will have that pat on the back he desperately craves.

That made me laugh out loud !!

City doctors.......... Pep listens to our medical team more than Brendan does?

I am with you here though,  It aint so pervese to want to see two cult heroes go head to head

My money is on Amartey.snuffing out Haaland.

On a side note, Manchester to with a Mahrez penalty hatrick.
