Just watched the last 5 minutes of USA Iran, much more entertaining

Meh. I've got both on. There's a lot of intent from USA. Think Iran are simply playing for the draw. USA currently lack the quality up top.

All we do is pass it round the back four for ages and then lose it.

Southgateball is a war crime.

Serves you right for watching that dead rubber instead of the all-action, loser-goes-home matchup of titans.

If England get one, they’ll get more as Wales need to attack.

The longer this stays 0-0, that suits Wales.

I’d love Maddison to come on late and bad for England to win it.

When you're so blind you don't even see the Leicester City England flag in the background, and your wife has to point it out instead :P

For a game that is allegedly full of local rivalry and, err, pashun, not one crunching tackle as yet.

Rashford nearly took Williams head off

That BBC article from earlier is right, its a shame for Wales they got England rather than someone like Brazil or Argentina. The points are more important than the rivalry here whereas in Euro 2016 the gap between points and rivalry was a lot closer

Been watching Rice - Declan, not Basmati - and he rarely passes the ball forwards.

I think watching Basmati rice would be more exciting
