  1. 1. Who would you realistically want as manager if we could tempt them?

There's been a lot of discussion about who people would want as a replacement (119 pages) and it's become cluttered, so thought i'd spend some time scouring through the threads to put a poll together of potential replacements. I've left out unrealistic choices like Pochettino. Would be good to see where FT members stand on replacements.

Pearson purely out of the fact his team would try hard and be likeable (and a massive amount of nostalgia) however actual answer is I would take anyone on that list in a heartbeat. Bielsa less so than the others but still preferable just to get Rodgers out.

Ruben Amorim surely.

How is Big Nige leading this 😂

To add interested to see how Xabi Alonso gets on, looks a great future prospect for a manager & made a good start at Leverkusen.

...poor choice of statement!!!

You know what I mean? We're heading for relegation so it might as well be entertaining. I'd rather see us go down with mental Bielsa ball than death by a million sideways passes

Pearson's there so i'm going to vote for him.

Amorim would be ideal but we're never getting him with his release clause, it's like suggesting Simeone, one we'd not attract him, two we'd not be able to afford his wages, he'd be the dream though.

Someone come collect Simoken lol:scarf:

It's just his terrible banter, don't take it serious.

I loved Pearson, but..... guys, let it go.

purely from a relegation fight point of view. We could do a lot worse than pearson until the end of the season.

Marcelo Gallardo. He's going to the very top one day. We should at least ask the question if he's still available when Rodgers goes/sacked.

Ruben Amorin would be another one I would after if Gallardo said no.

Fact people going for Pearson bewilders me. He's had his time. Done his job but is not for the future. It would show a clear lack of foresight or future planning once Rodgers goes.
