I think I’d prefer the posters to read “sack the board”.

The financial incompetence we’ve witnessed over the past few seasons must run higher than Rudkin. I’m surprised that Susan Whelan doesn’t get called out as much as Rudkin. Either way change is required

Perhaps we're not being as 'protective' post relegation of club staff this time round, redundancies etc... fair play if they did post it lol

You mean they put up a photo that wasn’t of Michael Golding? I don’t believe you.

It may be that RVN can't be shifted until end of June due to PSR but surely Rudkin's departure can be announced, unless he has put himself on  contract of 200k per week for 10 years.

Has anyone had any run ins with him before? Confrontations, interactions? I'm curious as to what incredible mind behind this well oiled machine exists.

Wasn’t there a story about someone taking a photograph of him on holiday with his family years ago and him becoming threatening?

Yes, many times. Circa 2010 when he was academy manager, I saw him at the gym every morning at the Marriott hotel, Fosse park. I think the club had some sort of contract with the hotel as you’d always see players staying there chilling in the lobby (pre Seagrave).

I had many brief conversations with him but never about football. All small talk. He was a very quiet guy, very timid.

One thing that sticks in my mind is he would always use the private cubicles to get changed in opposed to the open locker area! I assume he’s not the longest in the shower!

I remember I was extremely surprised when I learnt he became our dof due to these past meetings as he didn’t strike me as a leader type and I don’t mean that in a derogatory way. I couldn’t picture him having full command of a room.

He’s know where to be seen in corporate either.

I know someone who used to coach in the academy. They said he’d belittle people and was hard to get on with. Worked hard though, always had his head in stats and researching players ect. Also spoke to someone who said he wouldn’t tell youngsters when releasing players, he’d tell their parents or get someone else to do it.

Plus a little exclusive for you, apparently he was head hunted, palace wanted him at some point but he chose to remain loyal to Leicester.

I can only imagine he was head hunted immediately after the league win. No one would even glance his way now surely?

He didn’t say but that was my thoughts too. Heard on the radio the other day how much parish admired us during that time so makes sense.

How is he, or any of the staff behind the scenes, still here?

Because they are loyal to the “boss” and the “family”

And that’s all that matters at KPFC

Top is losing millions because of the miss management at the club. Someone must be accountable

Still silence. I hope we hear something over the next 48 hours. The rumours of points deductions continue. We should not be in this position. The mismanagement cannot just be allowed to continue. We have got to stabilise financially. We cannot do that with the same people in place. How much has Edoaurd cost? Skipp? Sacking Cooper? Sacking Ruud? Giving Vesterguard a new contract. That is to name just a few last season. Winks wages for the weeks he has been nowhere to be seen. Absolutely crazy.

I hope that rumour is false as well. We are failing. Answer - hire a manager that has proved he cannot manage in the premier league and is totally inflexible. Longer term - Another pay off!

Be interested to know if I encountered the same person, because I heard very similar from somebody before a match last season. Went as far as to call him "slimy" when mentioning him leaving others to do the dirty work. Sounded like he'd been one of the ones tasked with those "not for me" Rudkin tasks.

Though as a point, they didn't say anything about him working hard, just that he had a knack of buttering up the right people to "get ahead" and that he was the equivalent of that mid-level manager at your office who has no obvious qualities but inexplicably keeps getting promoted.

Simple, the owner really doesn't care when it comes down to it.

This would be the type of DoF we should have. Think we were linked with him a few years ago when Walsh left.

Eddie Howe really doesn't do Directors of Football does he lol he's managed to get through two of the best known in the business, calling out Ashworth on several occassions too.
