The lack of quality in the potential incoming new players – mentioned in this thread – just brings it all home. There's a frightening gulf between the Prem and Championship, when it comes to the level of players. 

We're going back down to an entirely different world.

We are gonna resurrect the careers of Barkley and Alli next season  I hope you're ready.

 

Anything else on Conor Chaplin joining? That ITFC fan on here seemed very certain he will. He'd be handy in the championship.

 

Plenty to be had for cheap/free and I'd imagine we are still a good draw, just depends on the scouts finding the right ones, which from recent history is unlikely.

I think he was bought in not just with this season in mind 

 

They will have planned next season in either division with these 3 in charge privately

I cannot see us getting rid of every single half decent player. Obviously the top ones will go but it would be mental to lose Castagne, Ricardo, Ndidi AND Iheanacho on top of all the others.

 

Surely we hang on to a couple.
