He's achieved nothing.

We need to do the impossible by getting at least a draw at Newcastle, so might as well get someone else in who can do a better job of motivating them.

...you know we will now go back to Marsh!!!

O'Neill would probably have been a better shout, as much as I ridiculed it at the time.

Looked like a shit appointment at first but, to be fair to the guy, he's been shit.

He’s replaced the note pad with looking at his watch. We are 3-0 down and desperate to give up. Why the **** are you checking your watch to make sure we have enough time dickhead

Obviously the topic is an over reaction but I do agree Smith is beyond abysmal.

What was the plan for today? Sit back and counter? Play between lines? Try overload one side? Hit long ball and try hold up play.

None of the above.

There was absolutely nothing. No plan. No strategy. Just basically sat back and wait until we concede with half hearted press now and again.

He's not the man for next season either.

He's inherited a spineless bunch but he does nothing to alter the course of this or previous games..

Honestly, a fan could have been put in charge and done better.

Let’s be novel and go managerless. Let the players work it out together.

They can start a workers collective and tactics can be agreed with a two thirds majority vote.

Couldn't have worked any less than this

I cant see Martin being stupid enough to make the repeated mistakes Smith has.

Should have hired Marsch, as I said. It was the obvious option

Obvious option to be relegated already?
