gw_leics772 Posted 24 May 2023 Posted 24 May 2023 This is going to be hell even in best case scenario. Just had a quick look and almost all of Everton points have come from goals they scored from 89th to 99th minute! Bastards! 1

Wymsey Posted 24 May 2023 Posted 24 May 2023 If it comes to the worst, would the club be financially prepared for relegation?

Unsure on best team selection now… would’ve liked to have started Kelechi but think we need to remain more compact in midfield. Chance for someone to make themselves a hero. Maddison/ Tielemans in their last game for the club? Iheanacho to come on and save us again? Or Vards with one last HUGE goal 🤞 Iversen Castagne - Souttar - Evans - Thomas Mendy - Tielemans - Soumaré Maddison - Vardy - Barnes ...I would swap out Tielemans and Soumare for Maddison and KDH!!! The link up between Barnes, Thomas and KDH will be very good. Maddison controlling the game and Tete brought in for balance on the right. 2

Chico1958 Posted 24 May 2023 Posted 24 May 2023 By the way Everton haven't beaten Bournmouth in their last Four meetings But Our record against West Hams not great either if draws don't count................... and they don't

Bournemouth won the game and went down anyway so Everton tried their hardest to keep them up if anything! 1

An Sionnach Posted 24 May 2023 Posted 24 May 2023 As soon as the whistle blows the vast majority of " learned " analysis on here will be in the dumper , as it was against Newcastle. There is no predicting this match or the other two for that matter. These results are in the hands of the gods.

I want to see,the players who can push us forward. I don’t think we can leave out our 2 top scoreres & Nacho. Vardy I still want,in the next 1-2 seasons, he’s my first Sub against W.Ham at home. That spark & fight if it’s not meshing, Vardy could then replace Tete, pairing with Nacho Tielemans & Soumare, have shown they can’t hold their own in midfield. The 3 amigoes have to now select those that can run until they drop, not those with an eye for a 40 yard pass, then 15 minutes of nothing. Ricardo & Nacho have to be at least 90% fit. Team below offers no defending on 20% possession, but can put us from getgo on the frontfoot…if Maddison is struggling, then Praet fills in there. Iversen Faes Souttar. Soyuncu Mendy Praet/Ricardo KDH Kristi/Castagna Tete. Maddison. Barnes Nacho

My bad, a line slip, I meant on the right Praet/Ricardo/Tete wondering if Praet can take that right side, along the line,or we release Tete to do what we expected when he came… The Old Ricardo, would have been the automatic choice, but I am doubting if he is fit…
Guest Col city fan Posted 24 May 2023 Posted 24 May 2023 I’m wondering whether Smith will: a. Go for it right from the off or b. Try to shut up shop again and hit them on the break. It’ll be interesting cos West Ham are no pushovers.
TrickyTrevLeftPeg Posted 24 May 2023 Posted 24 May 2023 Wonder how many people will leave the ground 5/10 minutes early just to beat the traffic even if say we're winning by one goal and Everton at that point are drawing. 4
