Thought that too. Might just be that it's pre-season, but just seems a bit fresher and happier.

Na, you're right. I'm no Pep lover (not denying his brilliance) but that's something that he's great at doing even in big clubs so I can't imagine you'd work under him and not want to cultivate the same atmosphere/make every member of staff feel included.
