Let me correct you on this Coops.

No-one could give a shit about your eyes or who you managed. If that was an issue Nottingham-born Pearson and Forest Ledge O'Neill would have lasted  half a season too.

You were disliked because your football was appalling, we scraped wins against relegation fodder with 10 men, we were conceding 30 shots a game and you dropped Fatawu, Mavididi and Ricardo in favour of Ayew, Reid and Justin.

Fatawu Dropped because he was injured

ACL ,full season
so was Ricardo who's injury was being managed .
Nobody liked Coopers face or demeanor He was not trendy enough
O'Neil was also hated. Ask him about the sheff united game reaction
Cooper was Hounded out and replaced by
a useless replacement

Cooper came in unexpectedly too given it was heavily rumoured Potter was virtually in the door. I don't rate him particularly highly but we were gearing up for that only to see another manager appointed.

The Nottingham Forest thing is massively overplayed. It wasn't the biggest issue at all.

Yeah, that narrative was being desperately peddled by Forest fans to make it in a 'cut your nose off...' situation.

The reality is, we saw what happened to Kompany's Burnley and we saw frailties in Maresca's football, when we had our stumble. As a fanbase, we acknowledged the need for a more pragmatic manager and most of us were willing to give Cooper a chance. The football was appalling, the stats told the full story despite being out of the relegation zone. We were only getting worse. It seemed like the players weren't having him either.

Have you got any takers?

Faes, Soumare, Winks etc are very easy to shift. They're leading championship level and always have Prem teams sniffing.

Rudkin is a very good negotiator too apparently.

No, Ward was Rodgers.

Puel never made a bad signing

Most of Puel's signings were top notch, (There were some duds) and we could of sold most for a tidy profit, but Mr Rudkin liked to give them away. We could do a lot worse then having Puel has director of football

Yeah Rachid Ghezzal and Diabete were absolutely incredible to be fair.

Acted a twat for two managers who both eventually got him out, results have picked up since he's been out. You'd hope any potential future clubs pick up on these points.

Not until we've got rid lol

£10m and a 3 year deal has quietly gone under the radar as very, very dumb.

3 years without an option to extend has left us completely exposed to losing another player on a free (not that Rudkinbana would have sold him anyway).

We shouldn’t spend significant sums at all because there’a always about a 50% chance the player leaves on a free. We have a great academy and the occasional gem we sell to fund idiocy.

Cooper was crap, Ruud was Crap.

Adbul and Ricky didn't play before the injuries. Which is why I was frustrated with Cooper. Ruud didn't have the choice, but was terrible with other decisions.

Cooper stated he watched all of our Championship games and knew our best attributes.

He then went on to drop the best performers from that season and change the formation entirely.

Cooper knew what was wanted and how best to manage it in a desperate situation.

He was a football man who was never liked here because:- He was ex Forest. He had funny eyes.We thought we were better than we were.

When we are promoted next season after the clear out of the long term dross left over from Rogers, we will thank Cooper

.

Wes Morgan literally came straight from the Forest team into ours and he was fairly well liked…

I’m all for bending the truth to prove a point, but this is a ridiculous statement.

There was a small amount of negative chants at that game (1 in 8 of the group that I used to go with joined in …. Very briefly, and was never allowed to forget it from the rest of us).

MON did hear those chants and was certainly hurt by them, and didn’t seem to ever forget.

But even at that low point MON was never “hated”

Genuinely who is he holding out for? No one is in for you Harry, your agent's little sprinkling of rumours the other week did nothing.

Can't wait for the agent talk to come in the next few days ready for January. Predicting a very optimistic (from his point of view) link to Fulham, a wildcard French/German top division side and "a host of Championship clubs".

Nothing will happen and he'll leave on July 1.
