I hope Maresca takes advantage of Italy's historic reluctance to promote academy players and picks up some from his home country. I've got a few he could go for...

This is something i was thinking when he first came in - seems a much wider and cheaper option than going for man city academy players....

Hope you are right. From the clips I have seen of him, he doesn’t look that skillful. His dribbling and passing look suspect and apparently he has been criticised for not being so much of a passing midfielder type. Looks like he is more like a power forward in basketball terms. Excited he is here.

Precisely what I meant.

 

Lots of weight on signing effective children. We got away with it in the case of Fofana. If we'd have kept him it would have been a disaster. 

 

We can't peg our hopes on fifteen games.

Was good to read. To be honest, i'd lazily thought he hadn't done much in his spell at Reading, but several of their fans are saying he was their only decent player and that he was clearly a level above them.

The best Second Tier content is trolling Leeds. 

 

Casadei with more experience, surrounded by better players and playing in a system that suits him has the ability to absolutely fist this division.
