Coventry A

Ipswich H

Swansea H

Stoke A

Watford A

Possibly Sheffield W ...H.

Home games all winnable without some of our best players (even Ipswich who, as last night proved aren't that great!)

Tricky games away at Coventry, Stoke and Watford though.

The worst case scenario is if our players reach the latter stages of the competition. What are the chances of that happening with our players who are involved?

I am hoping the Zambia gets knocked out early, so that we can get Daka back!

Nigeria look strong, I would image they will go far, not so sure about Ghana!

Ndidi will be the real miss. Daka we may be able to muddle through with Vardy and Cannon, but without Ndidi we are exposed.

Depends on Vardys injury, and how he is,  if/when he comes back from it.

The concern is, we may end up completely reliant on Cannon, with no back up, unless we sign someone.

Ndidi is a massive loss, and there is quite a drop off in his position when he isn't on the pitch.

Again, whether we sign someone to fill the gap I'm not sure.

Going back to previous seasons when we have been going into the January window, in a position of strength, the club have seemed to be reluctant to strengthen, thinking we've got enough, only for it to blow up in our faces by the end of the season.

Enzo will have to find a way with the players we have and those coming back from injuries. It’s certainly not ideal as we have gained real momentum now with a consistent team. Losing possibly 4 of our key players is gonna hurt. We are gonna have to grind out some wins and draws in the January fixtures and keep progressing albeit in an ugly way

Yeh, the only one I'm worried about is Ndidi and he's likely to be there for the duration.

Sure Ipswich are missing Chaplin to that Asia cup or something? Same we are losing Souttar.

Chaplin will be a big miss to them. Probably more so individually than any of ours.

When do the squads actually travel and join up?

I know Nigeria’s first game is the 14th January, but wouldn’t they be there at least a week beforehand… which would cast doubt on related players for the Millwall game?
