Seems like his most recent compilation… looks a tidy player if we can get him for the right fee

My fave moment is about 1.32 when he cannons the ball off an opponent to his own player.  Mad skills.  I want him at the club immediately and I don't care if he's made of turkey twizzlers either.

Or... this could potentially be a ultimate masterstroke chess move by enzo, by getting casadei under stef's wing. Which could in the long term create a monster of a player in cas ..if's & buts mind

I don't mean to be a boblet but its quite possible that he would be taking Casadei' s spot in the team...

Masterstroke to help develop Casadei for Chelsea? No thanks.

Don't really like the idea of an Italian clique at the club which have all been recruited personally by the manager.. Might impact squad harmony...

I think it's right to be concerned about injuries. Those saying Winks and Ricardo were injury prone before Maresca got hold of them should be mindful that the drop in class and our superiority on the ball has led both to having easier loads on their body than they'll get in the Prem, it makes a big difference.

Ndidi is another who gets forgotten in relation to repeated injuries, he's always good for 1-2 injuries a season, often for a few months at a time and if he stays post this season and Sensi comes in, that's 4-5 players with major question marks on fitness. James Justin being the other.

That said, I'd risk him on a 18 month deal at a low fee with big performance bonuses.

He's surely not dropping down to the Championship for such a poor contract though. I'm sure he could get that deal in Serie A. It's got Rudkin offering 4 and a half years all over it.

I would steer clear, personally.

I think once we're a Premier League club we can sign players with his ability but also without his injury record.

I don't think we need to take this gamble.

Put it this way..

Without that injury record there is absolutely no chance, infact less than zero chance, that he considers Leicester City in the EFL Championship.

There's a reason this might work for both parties, if we can keep him fit, whether that be through clever usage/rotation or just improved medical facilities or a fresh look on his programming etc we get a fantastic footballer miles above this level. For Sensi, he gets a prolonged run of games/minutes and the chance to play in the Premier League should we sustain our current trajectory.

Low cost, short term deal with options for the club and incentives for the player and this seems like a calculated risk well worth taking IMO.

Oooof, this is pretty bad I must say.

Yeah it has "being stuck with another player on high wages that barely plays / gets loaned back to Italy but we pay 50% of their wages" all over it.

Depends on the price though. If Soumare cost 24M and this guy cost 10M, it would put things into perspective. Soumare I think was on high wages too, so they might not be too different in that regard.

Out of contract in the summer so it won't be much you would imagine.

Think it's very much in a decent signing on fee and promotion bonus. Nothing stopping him going back to Italy if it doesn't work out but overall has been compensated quite well. His wages at one of the biggest clubs in Italy is about £60k a week, he's not going anywhere in Italy for his next move on about £35-40k so him taking a risk coming here is probably financially better even on a shorter term deal.

cant see it being 10m for someone with 6 months left on their contract.

Get him on Loan for 6 months with an obligation to buy would deal.

lol you know what it shouldn't be but you'd not put it totally past us.

Some comments from inter fans around the web:

https://forzainterforums.com/index.php?threads/stefano-sensi.14738/page-143

when he came to us he played the first 7/8 games and looked like he was the second coming of christ, the player is undoubtedly there but his body is made of glass

ahha imagine plastic sensi in the championship.. he will need one month to recover after each game

Lol he'll die in England. No way he can play there, he'll lose both legs in his first 45 minutes.

Its crazy how overrated this guy is here. The dude was at Monza and wasn't even one of their better players. He was so mid there that they even considered Gagliardini an upgrade over him and they were entirely right to do so.

Too bad the guy is such injury magnet, he is a very talented player as we saw in his first conte days here, i still have very little hope that maybe he still can do something here..

There are transfers that are marred with bad luck and bad transfers because the player isn't good enough for the money that was paid.
Sensi is clearly a good enough player for Inter, sadly his body isn't. Why be non-ironically mad at a player because his legs failed him I will not understand. Also rewriting history how Sensi isn't even a good player. Sheesh.

Sounds a bit worrying tbh... Luckily we have a world class medical record with proven history of keeping players fit and healthy

i’m not having it for one second that the cultured italians are saying Mid

That’s come from one of these arsenal fan twitter accounts, hiding behind a picture of ben white called @bennyblanco
