Imagine his stats if he didn’t flop in another 6 starts in the champ since his last goal.

 

3 of the 7 were pens, he has one goal in his last 32 appearances and before anyone says but how many minutes has he played, I think we all know the reason why

Yeah started 14 games scored in 5 of them,  4 goals in 14 games that didn’t include pens in a team smashing the league.

Totally on point. If he gets game time, which he's never really had a run of more than 5-6 starts in a row, plus some early goals for the confidence, then against the weaker defences I can see him getting 15+ too.

 

Since our title win the problem for every new striker we've signed has been the shadow of Vardy hanging over them and unless they've clicked straight away, it's been back to old reliable. Which of course can't happen next season.

I think it depends on who our manager is and how they play to be honest.  I’d love to see him succeed but I just wonder if his confidence is shot with us now.  Be interesting to see if he starts on Sunday

He won’t get any better, he falls over with the ball at his feet with no one in front of him. He is no use to us as he cant lead from the front, drag us out of tough situations and be a game changer. He is better with better people around him as they carry all the weight and his inability isn’t as obvious.

His stats are very similar to Akinbiyi, but Daka cost way more (overall and if you equate his fee in 2000 money). He’s been a total flop if not bigger, but has had nowhere near the same level of flack that Akinbiyi had.
