I fancy us at Bournemouth we can easily beat these buggers !!

Good side. I don't fancy us at all but it would be interesting to see how we perform if we put out a full strength side.

Should be interesting our slow Tempo against there high Tempo. If we frustrate them enough who knows what will happen.

Playing devils advocate if both teams went fully loaded what do you think the score would be ?

Fear there manic style of pressing would just be too much for us currently and we would fall to defeat. Both to teams to score though as I’d like to think we could play through their press at times

Bournemouth’s press is very good, we will have to be assured in possession when playing out if we are to get through.

Definitely want Winks and Ricardo (at right back) in there for this one.

With Fatawu, Mavididi and Cannon/Daka up top, there is definitely a good chance for us to create opportunities if we beat their press.

Danny Murphy throwing shade at us on commentary. “The powerhouse of Leicester”. What a ****.

Assuming this was the Newport game? What was the context of the this?

This is exactly the sort of game I wanted. This is the sort of game that will be a great test to see where we are at. I hope he takes it seriously and puts his full team out. It’s winnable for sure.

If you want a late Winter  midweek break.top hotels, right time of year

end of Febuary.Could be a football package somewhere…

Worth a a go ,if you have time…

Enzo doesn’t have a 2nd -3rd team…just squad-players,pretty good at

learning their trade on the job..The biggest guantlet on the ground and challenge so far, this  season

Performance more important than result..

Cherries are now respectfull mid table PL side..

Non  of this arrogantly dissing off Bournemouth,it only pulls us down…

Take a pinch of Enzo humble ways..Lets see how far we can push them.

Its not this season or next season defining….Just a great chance in the FA.cup,

to rattle cages, and give the squad another run out..Maybe suprise ourselves even.

Yep.

They mentioned Jonny Evans had won it. But not with Man U. With Leicester. And Danny Murphy sneered “The powerhouse of Leicester” but then I think he realised he sounded like a **** so then went on to say “what a win that was”.

Can’t stand the man.

Did he forget to mention that we stuffed Man U en route to that final win? :D

Agreed. About as bad a draw as we could’ve got. They’ll beat us whatever team we pick & I doubt we’ll learn anything about where we are.

Or not!

Glad we didn't have your attitude during the war

A bit like HMS sunk before she sails or whatever you claimed so stridently before yesterday's game?

Ahh, so you think we’re ready for the EPL?  If it wasn’t for Story’s heroics we would have been.

Have we ever played Bournemouth in the FA Cup before? I don't think so.

Nope league Cup tie in 69 is our only tie outside the league games. Our record is actually 8 wins, 5 draws 8 loses. Although it would seem our record at there place doesn't make great reading. Probably best we wheel Kevin Phillips out

Neither side will be anywhere near full strength, especially midweek. It won't be a good test of anything.

Bournemouth is solidly mid-table.  They aren’t getting relegated, they aren’t going to Europe.  For them not much downside in giving it a go.

This will be a real test to see where we are at for the PL.

Not if Enzo runs a side out there like he did against Birmingham.  If he does it’ll be 5-0 before he gets the relief corps in.

And yet they still made 5 changes for their 4th round match...

Even if they do give it a real go, our priority will clearly be on the league (and rightly so). This match won't be a test of our first Xi in any meaningful sense.
