When you see how good Cannon is at actually shooting, Daka is miles off that.

I think we will have more chance of Cannon's movement improving than Daka being consistently good in front of goal.

Possibly, as I've said Daka's been clinical at Salzburg so he's got it in him.

Yes it was

It was … but it shouldn’t have been… you wouldn’t get that given in an under 10s game….apart from that why didn’t Daka bury it anyway…. He was shocking tonight…

Can't complain too much at a 3-1 win.

Thought we dominated for most of the game, perhaps making it hard for ourselves at times but then dealt with any threat pretty quickly.

They could have had a couple of goals, but we could have had 5 or 6.

Finishing is a bit questionable but at least we continue to create chances.

Who'd have thought being on 69 points from 29 games could be such a downer!

Blistering start, followed by a good hour of ghastly misses, tedious passing, and moments of panic, but overall, a comfortable win over a pretty poor Swansea

A special mention for the officials, who were pretty dire for both teams, including Leicester's penalty (hooray for no VAR). Much bigger challenges await and we need to be better than we were tonight.

3 points closer to the promised land, and the Maresca Express goes on. Choo choo.

I guess when you're playing as a striker in a team that routinely scores 3-6 goals then youre probably gonna bag a fair few

Shocking?

2 assists having just played for his national team recently and traveled half way around the world?

He he was shocking then everyone absolutely everyone who played tonight was Shocking.

There is a large element who just don't like Daka I havent got a clue why but elements have a vendetta against him.

He could score 6 goals in a game and people will say he had a stinker but if you look at his stats he is actually one of the most in form strikers in the league since he came back into the squad.

I mean, he did miss a number of perfect opportunities. I’m just pleased he didn’t take the pen, might’ve knocked my hot chocolate out my hand.

Just my opinion… and he got back on Friday morning not 10 minutes before kick off… he missed an absolute sitter he got the ropiest of penalties when he should have scored and put another good chance in the crowd… then spent most of the game pretending to be injured…am I wrong about any of that

Equally, has there ever been a team objectively so successful that is as bad to watch at this one? 😂

In the eye of the beholder isn't it? Games in which one team is a lot better than the other (i.e. almost all of our games this season) are rarely edge-of-your-seat thrillers. If we do what looks likely and bounce straight back up, the method by which we do so could not be much less important to me. I understand people have their preferences when it comes to style and nonetheless I am still continually surprised by just how angry and frustrated a lot of our fans are because although we're dominating the league, we're not doing it the exact way they think we should be

Routine win.

There's a certain demographic of fan that either need to stop attending games or get on board, because its getting irritating and the style of play isn't going to change just because you can't see past hoof it at a big man.

it is really beginning to grate.

I get that some people don't understand football - we're not the only club to have that segment of fans. But even if you don't, at least try and enjoy the success, no?

Swansea’s tactics were part insanity and part really clever.

They successfully blocked off the channels to Winks and Ricky P whilst we were in possession. This is where we miss Fatawu because we can then miss that stage of the build up out with two wingers (which then is even better when Wilf does a second or third man run).

However their high line was a risk

Think the late goal was just a breakdown in organisation, which is possibly brought on by the late subs lacking experience.

That should have been ruled out for hand ball I was at that end, no wonder mads was fuming 1 minute away from his clean sheet

We played more long forward passes than usual in the first half, sometimes looking dangerous against their sluggish defence. Reverted to the usual keepball at the back in the second half, often putting ourselves under pressure, but punctuated by the occasional foray forward and the two goals. No-one had an outstanding match, but no-one had a stinker. As routine a win as they come.

I’m pretty relieved we didn’t pay the 20m man city wanted in the summer. I really don’t see much between nelson and him

That’s your CB partnership for the next 10 years if the club gets its way

Think it might be Enzo’s job to build a team with the mentality NOT to take their foot off the gas. We stepped it up for 10 mins in the 2nd half and scored twice. If we actually went for it who knows how many we could bag.

Oh and just to add, the anti Daka brigade are embarrassing and appear to know feck all about football.

Very grateful that we are top of the championship at this stage, but not the most enjoyable or entertaining to watch.

Starting to get concerned about how we'll manage with this style of football and these players in the prem.

Conceded again at the end when there was really no need. We could really go for it, entertain the fans, create an atmosphere and score 5 or 6 during games but instead seem content passing it across defence, turning games into a chess match.
