For some reason on FotMob, WhoScored, SofaScore etc. that dribble from him in the lead up to the goal hasn’t been counted as successful either so he hasn’t been given any “points” for that

A classic case of N'golo Kante never being picked in any FPL team ever, despite being one of the best players in the Premier League whilst he was in it.

Seeing Sam Morsy desperate for a foul was the best part of the move

City's socials are loving it tbf. Morsy and some other clown completely emasculated by Bouba, and the social teammate rubbing it in

Looks like he’s playing for the manager—something he has NEVER done for us before. It’s hard to get your hopes up with Soumare, but he was the best player against Utd and changed the game when he came on against Ipswich.

He was actually good for us just before Christmas in the winter world cup year. He was contribution to us winning games then the world cup came and we couldn't win a game after that.

Everyone has seen glimpses of what he’s capable of, good and bad; that’s the problem. No consistency.

mind you he should start next game based on last two performances, we should reward good form with a chance.

More than happy to be proven wrong and get pelters for it but people clamoring for Bouba must have had a Men in Black memory wiping moment.

Against United, Pipes on WYS commented on his obvious out of possession flaw and whilst I’d love to be proven wrong….but when he doesn’t track a runner and offers zero tactical awareness, will this be the last time that we hear how amazing Bouba is?

Because of his lack of awareness I don't get why some manager hasn't just tasked him with man-marking a specific player whilst out of possession.  That's easy enough to get your head around.  Though in practice it may not be optimal.

The blokes a lazy, work shy ****.

Shouldn't be anywhere near the side. I hate him more than cooper.

He was fine in his own way. A total non entity of a performance and took the easy option time after time. But as Soumare goes, it was above par.

Not his fault he was picked. Anyone with half a brain knew this from the get go.

Standard Soumare, some nice touches but he cannot be trusted to go 90 minutes without dosing off. Really should've seen the danger quicker for the first.

You'll always have players like him but you need leaders shouting at him, and constantly dragging him into correct positions. But we have the leadership of an under 8 team.
