Ultimately what we're seeing is that our squad depth is pretty poor. Really imbalanced but that's the legacy of Rodger's and Congertons mismanagement on recruitment and can't be fixed in a single summer

We are playing a different type of football as well. 
 

Enzo will want 22 players that are comfortable with a football at their feet. Realistically we have maybe 8 currently.
