Leicester City were relegated to the EFL Championship prior to the introduction of the Premier League’s new Standard Directions, which prescribe a timeline within which PSR cases should be heard. Therefore, the proceedings will be conducted in accordance with a timetable to be set by the independent Commission, and its final decision will be published on the Premier League’s website. 

It's us finally ****ing standing up for ourselves. The aggression with which they're pursuing us isn't because we've done anything wrong, it's punishment for us winning their corrupt league without their consent.

 

The EFL have already had to put a statement out saying they acted outside of their own rules and jurisdiction in trying to punish us. The EFL's CEO Rick Parry is a former Premier League and Liverpool CEO, and colluded with Liverpool and Manchester United to try and set up Project Big Picture.

 

Football has become beyond corrupt, and we shouldn't stand for it any more.

All it really shows is who is better at laundering their money, or who has experience of cleaning it in the past.

 

Either way, looks like if we make it up we are effectively being challenged to stay up in Dark Souls mode. If we don't make it up, we will have to fight to make it into the top 6 with more limited resources.  Bring it on. It's never a dull day being a Leicester fan.

Why do I have a weird feeling that we get away with this? It seems as though our relegation has made us a really slippy customer to deal with as we can tell the EFL to **** off on anything before this season and the PL to **** off because we were relegated before the new rules came into force.

Meh. Can't say I really care. If we've broken rules then we and whoever else have should face the punishments. We've been horribly mismanaged as a club for the past 4 or 5 years so it's hardly a surprise

So that’s 15 per cent of last year’s Premier League now charged with spending too much money, and the clubs causing football the most problems due to excessive spending is erm….Everton, Forest and us.  👍
