Let’s turn it into a Leicester Fiesta, plenty of balloons, ticker-tape and flags, it was great to see so many balloons, inflatables at preston. Our celebrations used to be famous, anyone at the Wembley finals in the 90’s will remember the thousands of balloons released when the players came out and how bright and lively it made our ends look. I’m sure a can remember Wembley staff reporting that we were the best support they’d seen at Wembley after one of the play off finals.

It’s going to be one hell of a Party Saturday can’t blooming wait massive day for the club and Fans COME ON YOU BLUUUUUUUUUUUUESSSSSSSS !!

 

One hell of a track to play needs to be played extremely LOUD !

Hmm. Reckons he wasn't told about the FFP situation. Not sure i like this being aired publicly. Shows he didn't do his own due diligence because it must have been known through the agent network that our finances were dire.

Injuries?

“The only one is Kiernan. He had a small problem the other day, so he will be out.”

 

Celebrations this week?

“We continued to enjoy the moment. When you work every day to achieve something, you have to celebrate.”

 

Encourage the players to celebrate?

“I encourage it, but there is a limit in terms of we have a game tomorrow. There is time to do everything, but you have to be able to manage it.”

 

This week?

“They are fantastic moments. I enjoy a lot. Because there are so many things happening, you don’t realise 100 per cent. Next week, we are all off, and we can realise better.”

 

Looking forward to trophy lift?

“Especially because it’s at home in front of our people. We saw the environment in our stadium when we needed it. It will be good for all of us. Tomorrow will be a nice day.”

 

Blackburn?

“It’s a team that are playing to survive. So we need to be aware of that. They are going to be 100 per cent. They have been unlucky this season. The previous manager was doing good work. The new one is trying, but it’s not easy. They are still there. They have a chance to stay in the Championship.”

 

100 points?

“It could be something important for sure. Nobody has won 32 games in the Championship before, so we have the chance to be the team to win 32 games.”

 

Excited to be a Premier League manager?

“Very excited. We work every day for that. We achieve it. Now the next one is the break we need. Then we talk about next season.”

 

Mentioned issues you wanted to iron out?

“I already mentioned in January, in the window, when we had some problems. I said it was not the moment. At the end of the season, we can talk about it. The same thing with the financial problems. Nobody told me, which I don’t think it’s the right thing to do. There are things we need to clarify. For the rest, we are fantastic. We are all happy.”

 

Transfer for Fatawu and Yunus?

“It’s the club that’s going to manage that situation.”

 

Most difficult and favourite moment from season?

“When you join a club that has just been relegated, there are many things to do, inside and outside the pitch. It’s not the best mood so you have to work in different areas. I enjoyed all of the season, even when we dropped points. You can see how people behave when you drop points. All of the moments have been very good.”

 

Are celebrations tempered by potential points deductions?

“I don’t care about that. We work every day to achieve our target. I’m the most happy man in the world at this moment. Our lawyers control that. Hopefully we can find a solution."

 

Relationship with fans?

“Good. We are all the same. When we drop points, we are not happy. But overall, it’s the same situation everywhere. Next season will be different. Most people have in mind the recent history, the last 10 years. Next year, it’s quite clear our target is to avoid relegation as soon as possible.”

 

Promoted clubs have struggled this year?

“Exactly. Not only this year. 90% of the time, promoted clubs are in the relegation battle. We need to understand our target.”

 

Transfer embargo?

“In terms of the embargo, it’s not my job. There are lawyers in charge for that. Hopefully we can find a solution.”

 

Transfers?

“In this moment, we have not talked about the transfers. From next week, we will plan next season.”
