I'm going to say it.......i don't think he's as good as some of our fans think

Flashy Harry not consistent. Who would thought it!

Although saying that, I think Bilal is the real deal.

he is but he isn't a creative player either, and i think we're lacking that. We have 1 winger and he's absolute garbage

Well, we do have another winger, a winger who has already proven he can make the difference. He is just injured. :frantics:

He stats are much better than Ayew, he is statistically one of best. He’s started from the bench mostly under RVN. Those games he’s started he’s played well and those games we looked our best under RVN (Man City & Villa) he started. He should be a starter ahead of Ayew.

Shock horror, attacking player looks honking in team that loses 7 back to back and generally doesn’t create much

Shouldn’t have benched him at the start of Ruud’s tenure. Now his confidence got destroyed and he’s trying too much to become a starter again.

Ruud has destroyed his confidence by not backing him. he knows if he or the team falters, he’s first to be hooked or dropped. That’s not the environment needed to nourish a young creative player.

You can see a huge difference in everything with him since cooper has left and it’s because Ruud doesn’t quite fancy him and he knows it

Ruud really does like him.

“When you strengthen the team, your chances will improve, there’s no doubt about that,” the Leicester boss said, reflecting on the January transfer window.

“But the means were not there to do so. It wasn’t possible. Also the loans were blocked because we have two players. The disappointment is that two loans are not having the minutes so they’re not strengthening the team. We looked at foreign loans.”

Probably played better under Cooper's more chaotic system where individuals seemed to please themselves. RvN attempts to implement a more structured system and probably pulls his hair out at Buonanotte's dribbling down blind alleys. At least he puts a shift in when he's on the pitch.

He’s been incredibly overrated by some of our fan base. A decent prospect, no doubt, but there was a reason why Brighton let him go out on loan.

Having said that I’d still start him above Ayew or BDCR. We desperately need some dynamism in our front three even if it is sometimes a bit misplaced

He was trying to do too much himself at the end of Cooper's time as well.

He's a Brighton player, but i agree Ayew is awful as a winger, but i wouldn't want facundo on the right, because he doesn't stick to the right, I'd prefer to experiment with JJ and Woyo as full back and winger if we play with wide players or

                                                           Mads

                         Woyo         Coady           Okoli            VK

                                             Soumare          Ndidi

                                   Facundo       Bilal          Mavididi

                                                      Daka/Vardy

I wish Palace did own him, it means we'd not have been able to loan Edouard.

Bounanotte's 1st handful of games here was a breath of fresh air, he was head and shoulders our best player and deserved the plaudits. He's been sacrificed in a new regime that tries to have more structure but is overall just as tactically flawed and as a result we're worse off from missing out on Facundo's unpredictability and attacking Flair. We've had some of that replaced by El Khannouss but seemingly don't seem able to use both at the same time. My answer to that would be to try 3-4-2-1 with them both behind the striker but neither Cooper nor RvN are keen on us playing three at the back.

Personally, I think some of JJ's best performances were as part of a back 3, so id partner him with Okoli and one of the slow ones. If Woyo is ready, hed be far more suited to the WB role in this system than justin.

I like this.

We’re probably going down anyway so I’d much rather see us gamble with younger players and see where it gets us. Bilal, FB and Mavididi are all wonderfully inconsistent.

But I’d rather see them in the hope that it might just be a good day. The other options you probably know what you’re going to get and you also know that it probably won’t ever be good enough.

Potential match winner.  We have very few of those. Worth a hundred Ayews

Yet has scored only the one winner against Bournemouth, compared to ayew who scored the winner against soton and the equaliser against Ipswich

He's young, and been horribly mismanaged
