The “betrayal” of Oakland A’s? They was founded in Philadelphia where they played for 50 odd years before moving to Kansas and then moving to Oakland, if the fans want to be annoyed then they should aim that at the owner and operator, as for the rest of the story you can’t really compare what happens with American teams to ours, Apart from Mk Dons I can’t think of one team that has changed city’s, The premier league teams already get their cake by playing in the preseason tournaments in the USA, I can’t see a benefit to a Premier league team to take a league game there

Troy Deeney's team of the week

Goalkeeper banner
Mads Hermansen (Leicester City): I know he was on the losing team but he made five world-class saves that kept Leicester in the game against Arsenal and gave them a chance of taking something from it. Honestly, it was one of the best performances I've seen from a goalkeeper on a losing team in my life.

Defenders banner
James Justin (Leicester City): I don't remember him having much to do defensively, with all the troubles coming down Arsenal's right. He then popped in the second half with a decent header for his first goal, while the volley he hit to equalise was unbelievable. So much could've gone wrong with that but the technique was excellent.

Shearer's Team of the Week:

Mads Hermansen (Leicester)
"It may seem strange including a goalkeeper who conceded four goals, but he made six or seven great saves as Leicester threatened an upset at Arsenal until the final moments."

James Justin (Leicester)
"TWO goals at Emirates Stadium, including a stunning volley. I would have been proud of that one!

Fierce rivals???
If the fans of these clubs had any idea how utterly despicable their owners actually are, they might begin to look at the bigger picture more even-handedly. After all, it's their clubs suffering the consequences of wealth building owners while CFG prioritises it's profits on club investment and development.
This photo was taken in a New York restaurant three days before a Premier League vote...
How many other of these shady overseas meetings have took place over the years, and to what impact on the League in which their clubs compete?
What is the scale of influence these people have on the likes of Richard Masters, who in 2019 United and Liverpool were given special access to vet prior to his appointment as Premier League CEO.... ?
Perhaps they happen to be mates outside of work and they are just having a catch up? Or perhaps anyone who believes that should contact me about a seafront property I have available in Birmingham...

I see Man U have had the red card rescinded .

Bound to get a VAR decision their way now

If it was any of our players I'd be fuming if it wasn't rescinded to be fair!

Southampton now getting the treatment for daring to want Martin out.

Alex Crook is a condescending helmet.

He's a Man U 'fan' from Portsmouth. Says all you need to know about him.

Oh yes even loads of ex refs thought it was harsh.

Only VAR seemed to think it was a red card .

I am sure they all do it  and generally get away with that too but wasn’t the red card actually fully justified.

so that has the potential to be even worse:ph34r:

No, the loss number can only go down really, once they put in the 'addbacks' for infrastructure and women's football etc
