If a "Manager" cannot get his tactics right.

Cannot get his team to defend and get the basics right

Cannot get his team to complete basic passes.

Cannot get his team to progress the midfield with maximum effort 

Cannot get his team to attack with effect

Cannot see there is problems with his selection so makes very late subs and the wrong subs

Buys over aged value players and dud loans.

 

Then is he really the right fit for the club.

 

Or any football club for that matter?

 

The board need to act on this because it's very concerning surely even the pathetic weak happy clapper fan base can see this.
