I'd love MOTD to be just highlights with a mid-week programme that rivals Sky's MNF to go more in depth.

They are genuinely the three best presenters out there. Could be a cop out, by not picking one, but I think it’s good.

Because he speaks out about injustice what's so wrong with that? The BBC are under huge pressure by the right wing media, who hate what Lineker thinks. It's a shame because there are very few out there on the left and centre who speak out nowadays. They'll sadly hound him out one way or another.

I think the BBC’s impartiality rules may say otherwise on the areas he is particularly passionate about. He’s a decent human being and I am proud he’s from Leicester.
