Goodness me - what a difference a week makes - from the utter loss of hope & complete lack of tactics and man management it takes to be at the elite level to where we stand now a week after Ruud has been in the door - you only have to look at how the players have responded never mind all of us and it’s literally night and day isn’t it - we now believe and so do the players - instant massive decision that we’ve finally got right - we aren’t going to be the best team plenty of times in this league but we now look like a proper team - an identity that will grow and fresh quality to come in January - there is genuine light - Ruud obviously has the stature but he also seems to have that little bit of magic dust about him doesn’t he - we now have a chance - all of us together as one - Ruuuuuuuuuuudddddd

I don’t know why people think that our fans are any different to fans of other clubs. People always leave early, for legit reasons, and home crowds are always quieter than away fans. It’s the same at every club, there is nothing particularly different about foxes fans

Spells at Saudi-owned Newcastle and the chaos that is INEOS Utd with their legions of directors and executives are probably not indicative of how he would perform here, though of course it's all academic because there is seemingly no chance Rudkin leaves or sees his power diluted

Ruud has changed the way we play, and now we play to Vards strengths. He's already benefitting. Strikers union, and what a hell of a union.

We're defending as suspectly as we have all season. The big difference that I can see is that we look to actually progress with the ball and this takes so much pressure off an ailing defence.

 

It's as though using your assets effectively has a positive impact on the outcome. 

 

Cooper approached every game like he was managing Coalville Town at this level - ****ing hell, Walsall in the cup. If we can hang on to a draw I'll be delighted.

I hardly think he'd have been the sole decision maker on Haags contract, it's not supposedly how they work. 

 

You seem to have some great inside knowledge on Amorin's thoughts, he's only been there 5 minutes, I doubt even he's had time to fully evaluate his squad yet!

 

You know for a fact he flavoured Southgate?  They didn't pick him so it tends to suggest that your first point is wrong then as a board of people must have come to the decision. It would surely be the same for both? 

 

To wait for 5 months to land him, pay all that money in compensation, when sacking staff, putting up season tickets, getting rid of concessions, being careful with money whilst alluding to him being the best thing since sliced bread, then get rid of him in such a short space of time, I'm not buying it. Logic suggests that there's something else

Of course he isn't necessarily better if you don't even know why he's been sacked! Would you employ someone in an important role knowing that they've been dismissed from their last job but don't know why?

I guess I’m just desperate to see specialists employed in these roles over or in addition to Big John. But yes I take your point.
