Hello mystic meg, he hasnt managed any games yet, two managers in a row now we have people who have made their mind up before a ball is kicked.  lol

I liked when he referenced the structures in place that determine the play style he only referenced last season.

Just moving on from the cooper disaster asap and pretend it never happened 😅

 

Good interview overall, has an aura and speaks well, got shades of Enzo about him, serious manager. Just have to hope it all comes together now.

 

Looking forward to Tuesday now, I don't expect it to be easy but it's some hope where there was none with Cooper.

Id say Dawson and Hughes stay and Alcock goes. 
 

I’ve mentioned on other posts I’d like Phelan and Loughlan but really I’ve no idea.

 

The GK coach that joined United in the summer and left with Ruud would probably join as would a couple from PSV/Jong PSV. 
 

Fletcher would be good but he’d likely only come for a promotion so would have to be assistant.

See where you’re coming from but Enzo also too had a shaky record before us. 
 

Ruud will command respect from the players whereas Pooper never. 
 

This is a step forward and gives us a fighting chance of not just staying in the league but moving back up the league.

No real idea how good an appointment this is but if he has a plan to get results that extends beyond trying to keep it tight and hoping for the best then he is an immediate upgrade
