We need central mids who are comfortable on the ball and can do a bit of everything.  We lack that with our first choice, so it's no surprise it's missing with whatever this pairing is.

Some perspective will be needed here, Newcastle away is a very tough game, especially with Hamza starting, as much as I like him, he's never been close to prem quality.

Just strap in and hope for the best, we have alot of players out in the centre of midfield

Quite frustrating but I am wary it's a very makeshift midfield with very little creativity.

You are spot on.

 

He is also quite a limited player going forward. His passing range is very limited unfortunately.

 

Also, Hamza, when the ball gets to him. He just passes back or has not idea what to do with the ball. Kills moves and just not good enough.
