As I said in the Jordan James thread. Years of ineptitude has caught up with them. This is result. Sack Marti, fine but I don't trust these plumbs to pick the next manager, they've got it wrong 3 times in a row to watch our club fall to new lows every game.

Surprises me that there was zero chants towards the board or Rudkin today, from what I heard. Last season it was most matches, but it all seems to be fizzling away. Maybe it all feels too futile.

That’s even more depressing

When the life has been sucked out of you, what's the point.

Likely they have had enough of the farce at board level and have not come back.

And there'll be plenty more low attendances in the weeks and months ahead

Was he there tossing cuddly toys into the crowd today?

Id throw the cùnt back.

Top didn’t attend like most of the games this season. Can’t blame the fans for not showing up when there’s swathes of empty seats (full rows) in our senior management seating area. Lead by example.

90% of the crowd these days are coffin dodgers that struggle to mobilise the remaining use of their lungs to that capacity. Phil

In business if a business performed this badly eventually many major decision makers would fall on their own sword just for honour or pride. I appreciate Top is so responsible but Rudkin should actually have the pride to resign rather than take the vitriol & see the disaster they have presided over the last 3.5 years, not a one off but repeatedly.

Though many were ambivalent about Enzo’s style of play, he was the one good decision they made since August 22 & that eventually was taken out of their hands.

I’m so tired of Mart’s constant jabbering, do what your paid to do.

TBF Top is making a weekly effort to devalue his investment, good job!!!

Even  he should be slightly concerned.

The king power as someone so brilliantly once described is a geriatrics disco….. (with the accompanying flask and MnS meal deal).

I don't think he cares. I mean I guess he cares he can't show off and dine at the top table.

But maybe his hurt in a similar way to the 15000 zombies in the stands who go down to enjoy a natter, a sandwich and a 'bloody rubbish, never mind, can't win them all - we'll still be here next week!' attitude.

He won't sell. Ever. Only bankruptcy gets rid - and even then, this strange little man (my new name for him) owns the fcking stadium.

Of course he wasn’t there again after wanting to get closer.

He’s so desperate to get closer he’s even stopped using the well known planes so that we don’t know when he’s here/not here lol

There was a weak chant of Rudkin Out in SK1 after the 2nd (I think) went in. A little kid a few rows behind me starting singing it on his own as well but no one carried it on. Futile is the right word.

Feel sorry for the kid. He will just want the best for the club that he has a life time to want to follow and support. But is surrounded by people who have had their time and aren’t bothered about the health of the club, or if there is a club, there for future generations. All because they have had their 50+ years supporting and seen things they never thought they’d see….

Just for balance I am also in that group but left yesterday on 32 minutes and I'm unlikely to go to another match until we see real change. Ideally that's a change of ownership but more realistically the appointment of a competent/experienced Technical Director to begin what will now be a massive re-build job. I have been there through the good times and the bad and never left a game so early in my life but I have better things to do than sit and watch a bunch of highly-paid prima donnas (not all of them) not even trying or caring.

Lot of chatter from lots of people on here but they still go to the games? I can’t fathom it. Not picking on you but it’s easy to say you won’t go again until real change but will you have those sentiments when the next home game comes around?

There’s 25,000+ that are in the same mindset. Just give it up for a season or two, a walk round fosse park with your Mrs is more appealing than sitting through a Leicester game.

Fair and that was in no way aimed at anybody over a certain age.

More that when a lot of people want to show how much they support Aiyawatt, and have a dig at fans wanting change and not being happy, they chuck the old ‘you’ve only been here since 2016, I’ve supported them for 50 yeara’, better fan etc etc. Almost like 50 years is an arbitrary figure to chuck out to claim being a better fan. I doubt many actually have for that long to be fair.

But yes, absolutely not a generalisation as there are people like yourself who have been supporting for decades and that doesn’t stop you having the strength of your own mind to realise what we are seeing happen to the club is not acceptable or just something we should let happen.

Just posted on another thread, why do posters keep telling others what they should do?

Each person can make their own mind up and if they come to a different conclusion to you, they are not wrong, they just have a different set of priorities

When its "in your blood" that's not such an easy decision to make. Sure, I gave it some serious thought at the end of last season as I did after the 22/23 relegation but things can change quickly in football and I'd certainly have regretted it had I made that decision 2 years ago and missed the promotion season under Enzo!
