Out of interest does anyone know how Callum Doyle has faired at Norwich, I can see he’s played in almost every game, scored 1 and assisted in 7 but has he been a standout player in the Championship or even just Norwich’s team?

I doubt he’s going to make it at Man C now as they will be spending big to catch Liverpool, is he someone who we should go back for if we continue to play inverted FBs, has he played so well that Man C will price him out or have we moved on from him?

We are heavily loaded in FB slots but if we manage a clear out should we be looking at someone like him or a more traditional up/down FB?

Also appreciate it’s not the priority given the numbers there but more of a if we clean sheet it and re-build what do fans want in terms of style.

Saw him play at LB against Bristol City and he was destroyed. So slow.

This echoes what a friend who watches Norwich home and away says about him. Decent when playing CB but an absolute liability when playing LB.

Tbh they are a poor team though, except for the 2 up front, but I'd suggest probably one to move on from.

Yep I think we saw that he’s not going to be getting up and down but if we were to play him in an Enzo style role is he in the question.

I’m probably in the same camp as you now in that after seeing this season we need legs before we try anything specialist, coupled with seeing Man C still want 25m for him which puts us and probably most clubs out of reach for his particular skill set.

Was really just curious how he’d progressed as he was 1 of the shining lights for us in that system.

Doyle I'd be OK with as a cb. We should fxxk off the inverted idea. Traditional fullbacks offering overlaps for the wingers to play off.

Too much trying to reinvent the wheel.

I wouldn't bother messing about with the flanks. Although they aren't setting the world alight we're solid enough at both wing and wing back on both sides.

We need a major overhaul of the squad but it does no good to be changing everything at once either.

A completely new spine running through the centre of the existing wide options would be useful.

Sell Mads.. jakub to number one, new back up needed.

Centre backs a mess. Coady and Vesty we are stuck with. Get a small fee for Faes. Souttar is supposedly out until near xmas isnt he? Nelson has to start. I can see Okoli forcing a loan at the very least to keep himself in and around the Italian squad with a world cup coming. Might have to be a loan from the premier league to play alongside Nelson with the two old guys as back up until Souttar is fit enough to play.. i cannot see where we get the funds from to buy a new centre back

We need to get rid of wilf, Winks, bouba and hamza and bring in a couple options to play alongside Skipp, plus promote an academy player.

Don't give Vardy a new contract, stuck with Patson. Bring in a new forward and give them game time, without the pressure of knowing Vardy will just walk in to the team as soon as you have a bad game. Love Vards but it's not healthy to keep him around imo

New manager

Alves, Monga (if he stays), Evans, Aluko etc to be given proper game time.

Not against the idea of Coady or Vestergaard playing alongside Nelson. If he stays my pick would be Coady of the 2 options, although he wanted to jump ship in January at the very least he strikes me as someone who will call out people. First choice would be Okoli/Nelson and develop that as our future CB partnership.

Yes my first choice would be Okoli and Nelson, I just don't see Okoli staying when he's been around the Italy squad this season. Loan to serie A I think.

Whilst I'd marginally prefer Coadys ability over Vesty, I cannot stand Coady. He's done nothing since he's been here, except for hold up the Enzo we miss you card and talk how he thinks the fans want him to talk. To me he comes across as a bit of a brown nosing rat whose too influential around the younger lads.. needs to hang up his boots

Yuito Suzuki from Brondby.

Attacking midfielder, can also play wide, would be a great El Khannouss replacement if he moves

Luiz Suarez, Sergio Arribas, Kaiky Fernandez, Marc Pubil - Almeria

Yeremay Hernandez, David Mella - Deportivo

Antonio Cordero - Malaga (off to Newcastle) loan?

Joaquin Panichelli - Alaves

If Brownhill is available on a free, we should be all over it. Top end Champ player.

He'll sign a one or two year contract with them. Wouldn't be objective to him coming here though

Would be a great pick up. Captain material, we may be light in central midfield if we ship a few out and he adds goals and assists. It is an area I think it would be ok to have an older head alongside the younger guys coming through. As opposed to centre back for example where we need to get rid of the ones after their last pay check (Coady and Vestergaard).

In general, I think we need to go for younger and hungrier signings this summer but Brownhill would be an exception if we could get him.

Any ideas of who we could get for striker?

Could see us going for someone like Taiwo Awoniyi, cant get in ahead of Wood, Forest will upgrade in the summer.

The biggest thing to solve is the striker

Replace Vardys wages with a big loan to save transfer money?

someone out of contract in 25 or 26?

Harry Darling on a free as Brussell Martin's 1st signing. Had him at MK Dons and Swanses. Had a very good season this year.

I could get on board with this (not the Brussell part), can see us needing an extra centre back after a couple of departures. He'd be a sensible pickup at a good age

When BEK is inevitably sold I’d like to see us take a risk on Svit Seslar - still young, great technique and performed really well in the conference league this year.

Ragnar Ache could be an option up front - he’s had a good couple seasons in Germany and allegedly has a low release clause. Would be the kind of target man we’d need in the championship although he’s getting interest from clubs in the top 5 leagues.

I'd be happy with Kone, and it's a realistic option. Haven't seen much of any the others to comment..  in Rudkin we trus......
