Doing a Rodgers.

You won't spend money I'll play the shite.

Agree. The only tiny justification you could give to Rodgers is that he'd earned a right to throw his dummy and he'd been explicitly lied to.

This Dutch weirdo hasn't any credit at all to throw out such protests

It's extremely bad but if we don't play a combined age of 102 up front, which surely surpasses a previous Premier League record (for all the wrong reasons), an extremely bad lineup just becomes bad.  Hardly an improvement lol

I'd be very happy with that lineup

Notts county would do us 2 nil.

Ffs, my MIL is over and I'd rather spend time talking with her than watch this shit fest.

That's how bad things are.

We're definitely that bad, but I'm just not convinced Spurs are that good. We should keep it down to four or five.

I can't even see the post on twitter that's linked, so...  The team doesn't exist :P

Maybe it looked so unbelievable Trump has called it “fake news” and has had it removed!

We are normally quite critical of the match thread and the usual critical approach (especially this season) to line ups before a ball is kicked but genuinely I have no idea how else to respond to that line up. In the past, those sort of posts I agree have been quite unwarranted.

Take Ayew. Two games ago, in a match that we lost after a horrendous second half team performance walked across our ****ing pitch and joined in with the celebrations of the opposition fans. We’ve convinced ourselves as a fanbase that it was perfectly normal for a player to walk across our pitch, past our fans and effectively acknowledge and celebrate with a fan base taking the piss out of us. Compare it to how our ex players respond to us, home and away. Tielemans and Maddison this year. A polite clap but they wouldn’t dare pump their ****ing chest. There isn’t a fan base in the world who would brush that off.

Since then, Ayew has started both games. Despite a horrendous performance last week in addition to the shit sub performance v Palace. Any manager would be dropping him straight after. It’s so bad how low we are setting our own standards. We have every right to be like hold on dickhead, you ain’t doing that here. But we can’t, it’s ok, it’s fine. It’s over thinking. It’s this drop in standards that why we are begging Palace for their rejects. Even if Ayew had a good game v Fulham, surely you’ve got to set standards ??

And that’s what it is, a team of 11 players who we are forced to play because of the standards we’ve let not just slip but fall off about 20 cliffs, Justin, Faes, Ayew, BCDR, Vestegaard - all worth dropping to the u21s. They shouldn’t be playing. But we have to.

So sorry I am not sensible. I am going to have a rant. Because this is ****ing shit, what they’ve done to us is ****ing shit. What they continue to do to us is ****ing shit.

For those of you who are a better fans than me and actually decided to go today, support LCFC the institution today, not those shits on the pitch or the touchline. Drive those bastards, Top, Rudkin and co out of our club.

Looks like he wants to keep it to 0-0 and then throw on our better attackers on late when they're either up against tired legs or subs worse than the starters.

If it works I'll be amazed.

I shall reserve judgement on team selection, however it does appear picking names out of the bag seems to have dealt a cruel hand today!

One of the issues with Ayew and Decordova-Reid is that they're both on hefty three year contracts and do not need to perform in this game for themselves. It's vital as a minimum that we get a level of hunger in  this team to fight and get a result. This is where the board and this manager with his selection have painted themselves into a corner.

I would argue as well that we’ve also somehow managed to have a weaker side than last season. I know injuries to 3 or 4 players doesn’t help, but at this level that is not an excuse.

I look at that line up, and i despise RVN for it, but there's a part of me that thinks Mavididi has been dog sh1t for a while, and does need dropping. What are the options?

Facundo hasn't been great, but he's capable, and we know he's capable of good things.

Ultimately it comes down to the fact I'd rather have an off form Facundo & Mavididi than a prime Ayew or BCD.

Gutted the new lad isn't starting. Drastically need a change at the back, and he's sat on the bench.

How many more goals & games does JJ need to cost us?

Wtf is that line up? We really are up sh*t creek when starting with Ayew and Bobby helping Vardy in the lineup. Buonanotte on the bench again, Brighton may as well recall him at this rate.

He may not have credit.

But I don't think telling blatant lies to get someone to take a job is right either.

Might get away with it in some businesses but he has a solid contract and will get paid off for taking us down.

This is now three managers we've done it to. Anyone now is only coming to us for the pay off. No ones coming in as a project manager.

Well done Top Rudkin and Whelan. You might aswell of taken us to the vets and had us put down.
