Hirsty The Blue 94 Posted 27 February Posted 27 February Don't even care if we lose this, just want to see 2 things. 1 being something different from Ruud, not just switching a centre back or a defensive midfielder but playing exactly the same, but a shift in formation, style, tempo or completely new personnel who have hardly featured to get a go. Secondly, a team that fights for 90 minutes no matter the score, even if we're 2-0 down after 20 minutes not just to completely throw the towel in.
Noahfence Posted 27 February Posted 27 February Thankfully don’t have TNT so won’t be watching will just follow along on here. If he starts that same front 3 again I think that’s confirmation he’s doing it to make a point or he’s just seriously stupid. Bowen to score at least 2. I think there’s potential for this to be another heavy defeat.
Stuntman_Mike Posted 27 February Posted 27 February I hadn't realised we've had the least amount of shots on target in the league and are the only team to not have an away clean sheet. Not surprised though.
Popular Post SouthLondonFox Posted 27 February Popular Post Posted 27 February It will take me 40 minutes to get to the stadium and struggling to motivate myself, so well done anyone who travels down for this tonight. My dad passed away last week and I was reminiscing about him taking me to Filbert Street as a kid - this was my first game: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DV2XLUs3Tkw He was an Arsenal fan, but we'd moved to Loughborough from London, so I have him to thank for a lifetime of highs and lows... 7 3
Happy Fox Posted 27 February Posted 27 February I am looking forward to it! Travelling from my work office in Tottenham Court Rd after work. I reckon the Andy King effect will be visible tonight optimistic post 1

jim5000 Posted 27 February Posted 27 February (edited) My first ever match was West Ham at Filbert Street September 1990. We lost 2-1 due to a Tony James own goal. I was also at the West Ham victory that started the great escape, and the final home game of our last stint in the Premier League against the Hammers, when we were relegated. Lots of history there, I think I’ve seen this fixture more than any other! Hopeful of a memorable night tonight, I seem to be a lucky talisman as I was also at the Spurs game Edited 27 February by jim5000 1
Corbee Posted 27 February Posted 27 February Genuinely thought about going tonight but after Friday I decided not to make the trip. Defeat a certainty - 2-0 Question then is .... Does Rudd walk or do club take action on their poor appointment and fact that they have not backed him?

whoareyaaa Posted 27 February Posted 27 February Just heard him on the Radio saying its a new start tonight and we will look to get the win, hopefully that means changes to the formation and/or starting eleven. 2
TonyN11 Posted 27 February Posted 27 February If we can just get 2 more points before our final 9 games then we should be fine
fox_favourite Posted 27 February Posted 27 February Even if we win tonight, we have a horrendous run in compared to Wolves. I can't see anything but losing. And yes, I'm Mr fun at parties 1

Mate don't do it to yourself. Accept that it's going to be the 100 year old front 3 in a 4-2-3-1. It's easier this way. 1 1

He has to change something doesn't he. 4231 and trying to outplay the opposition just isn't working. He could pull it off at PSV and Utd but for our situation it just isn't working and rinse repeat is just going to see us lose 4-0 again. He has to switch formation. Arguably should have done so a long time ago. Not sure he can though as he seems to have a blueprint he can't deviate from. Has to go if he loses again tonight.

winteriscoming Posted 27 February Posted 27 February I’m confident tonight. I think we’ll only lose 3 nil. 2

MaidstoneFox Posted 27 February Posted 27 February The only upside is that we've become a dead cert to win money on if you fancy a flutter.

RowlattsFox Posted 27 February Posted 27 February ****s sake, why do I suddenly start thinking we are going go get a result tonight.
