I've never been so disinterested in our games coming up & season as a whole.

My disconnect & apathy towards the club is strange. It isn't just the player's, it's everything connected.

Is it possibly because I've witnessed us winning the title, a Champions League campaign & FA Cup success that I'm so dismissive ?

However, on the other hand we shouldn't be what we've become, because of recent success.

The lack of accountability is worryingly stark.

The Run In 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣 😂

That's never going to happen with our players.

Run you'll be lucky just to get the whole squad out of bed.

We are down already. That performance against West Ham just showed how hopeless we are.

There is no fight in this team, no desire, no tactical ability. We lack in every deparment required to compete in the Premier League. I'd be suprised if won again all season.

Really getting on my nerves. Wolves losing their best player for a few games should send a rocket up everyones arses. But it won't.

I echo most sentiments on here, what's the point of even looking at the run in or thinking we may pick up points here, others may lose points there etc when we lack even the most basic of desires needed; a willingness to compete.

I honestly think even if it were 11 league one clubs we're looking at we'd struggle to win most of them.

We simply can't even give anyone a game in our current predicament.  It's all pretty much hopeless until/if wholesale changes are made from the board to players and some of those in-between. At the moment it seems everyone is looking on from their ivory towers.   And are quite happy to continue doing so....

Yep. Cunha is a massively important player for them and in ordinary circumstances this would be good news for us. But given how completely disinterested our squad is, you just know that Cunha could get a five-game ban and Wolves could lose the lot but we still wouldn’t gain a millimetre on them.

Our players have already tuned out of this season , going through the motions with half arsed commitment. In normal circumstances we should be thinking we have a chance with Wolves losing their best player but unless something miraculous happens we are screwed. If Wolves lost next saturday we should be going all out to try and win at Chelsea but you just know we’ll limp to another defeat. Hate this team.

I wish this season was over. I can’t stand a majority of this team, bar a few players. You know we will probably get hammered in the last games. It’s just embarrassing and this season must rank with when we got relegated to league one.

I thought I’d put it in a table side by side, to show the remaining games.

Realistically, I don’t see us picking up any points until game week 34.  I mean, we might not even score until then.

Wolves have both Southampton and Ipswich before then. So they’ll either be out of touch, or we’ll be in the bottom two I’d imagine.

I don’t see Southampton being any better than us. They might surpass Derbys record by beating us!

I find it hilarious that many commentators have mentioned this tough next five matches, including Man Utd.

They probably will beat us, but it certainly won't be one of our toughest matches of the season.

They still can't admit that Man Utd aren't all that and haven't been for a few seasons.

Not strange at all. I think most of us are there. If the players so evidently don’t care and lack of effort, why should we care? Why should we care when long term decision making at any strategic level doesn’t exist.

We should care about getting this regime out. That’s the only thing we should care about now.

I said the same about avoiding a PSR charge before the Wolves home game. And look how that panned out…

And no professional pride in themselves ... using the word professional is stretching it quite a lot  ....

This team we've got doesn't even have the basic requirements to compete in the remaining games. Our season is over. I won’t be attending another match this season personally. It's all take and no give with these players, take every last penny from the club while not even bothering to put in 90 minutes of effort

All very true .... we have no leadership on or off the pitch ... no team spirit or cohesion

Even if we beat Wolves, Southampton & Ipswich (very unlikely), that would still yield only 26 points. Can’t see any way we’d get more than another 4 points anywhere else, and that’s being optimistic. 30 points is unlikely to keep us up.

The only other possibility would be a “great escape” type revival and I can’t see any way that’s going to happen with this squad. The 2014/15 squad was vastly superior even if we didn’t appreciate quite how much talent was present at the time.

Edit: I guess this us all pretty obvious to everyone already.

After slinking out of a points deduction ourselves, it would be the biggest kick in the bollocks if Man City were to get an unprecedented relegation worthy points deduction only for us to finish in bloody 19th.

Imagine getting relegated when you ONLY had to be better than the 2 teams that came up BEHIND you.

The longer our losing streak, and goal scoring drought goes on, the more hideous I expect our performances to get, (if they can get any worse) we are becoming too comfortable losing, I can't see us winning another match this season.

5 wins, 2 draws, 4 losses gives you 34 and half a chance. Very unlikely. The longer the board leave it the more impossible it becomes. Ruud will only pick up 5 or 6 more points in my opinion. Get him gone yesterday!
