However out of the 4 of them he represents our best chance to move on a big wage earner and actually some good profit on the books

Love him but probably time to go

We are never moving on Skipp with four years left on his contract and high book value.

I think he might come good next year…. Was pretty disappointing last,  but I think with the right set up and coach he has something about him…

This book value fixation needs to end.

You still lose more keeping the player than selling them.

Not that I think the club will want to sell Skipp.

The club will lose plenty of money if the book value fixation ends - unfortunately that is modern football. Skipp's value is rock bottom and we will lose millions over this if we choose to sell now.

i agree he could come good in the Championship, but nowhere near a 25 million player. He has a ceiling of around 10 mill max - one of the worst signings ever pound for pound

I want him to stay. I also don't want wholesale changes.

I want him gone. He's not getting better and if is in the squad next season will spend about 1/3 the season injured. Its time to blood the new kids are actually far more skilled than he is with the ball.

He’ll get fit again play one game in December then go to af con  where he gets injured again and misses the season

We’ll see, I think we both hope you’re wrong!  But you may well be right

You can't talk about us not selling at the right time or not making a profit and then make a case for Ndidi staying.

However many decent games he's had, he's only played one full season without injury and most of them less than 30 games.

Perfect fit for Wolves or Brentford or a Europa league Euro outfit needing squad players.

He has been with us for 8 full seasons and has made a minimum of 30 appearances in every single one of them.

9 million paid in installments of 9 pounds per week..........

That would be paid up on the 24th May 2499, so not the worst deal Rudkin has made.

Your being slightly unfair imo - he’s been a good servant and was outstanding for the first few seasons and despite injuries whenever he is fit he is consistently a prem midfielder however based upon age/wages I can see why we might cash in !

£9m of pure profit if we can get it is probably worth more to us than the 22 appearances he'd make for us this season either side of a 4 month hamstring injury.

Club needs a refresh Top to bottom. Thanks for 2017-2022, but it's time to move on.

it’s not about losing money /making money in the longer term - it’s about this years psr numbers

Because of psr, the below is true.   We cannot sell him this summer.
